I contacted LS handyman via WhatsApp on Friday night and shared the photos of the issue. Our bi-fold door at my daughter's room was completely off the hinge. They were able to send a technician in on Sat morning. The technician Wei Lun was on time and explained to me that it was a minor issue and was able to fix it pretty quickly. We appreciated the fast and professional service provided.

Wei Zhong is punctual and explains what he will do to rectify my window issue. Very good workmanship and he will show you the after repair and explain very politely again how the sides of the windows are all sealed properly with no gaps. Very satisfied with his service. Definitely going to engage him again in the future.

I’m really satisfied with the service attitude, technician’s(Mr.Tang) technique and the price!
I obtained quotes from several companies regarding this assemble and LS price was much cheaper than others.($100-200 differences)
Also while other companies said it would take 2-3hours for assembly, Mr.Tang did it for only 40min. It was really fast☺️
Now I really like this kitchen cabinet! Thank you very much for offering good price and high quality.

TRANSPARENT and REASONABLE pricing. Technician also did an excellent job. Gave us suggestions on how to fix the lights for long term.
