We have been pleased with the effectiveness of the Halo collar. Unfortunately our collar strap broke and the collar fell off our dog. Luckily we found the collar. The warranty is covering the replacement strap. The entire process was quick and easy to go through. I logged into our Halo account and the link to warranty replacement was easy to find and the instructions on what to do (call and speak to a person) were very clear. I got someone right away and in like 3 minutes we were all set and my collar strap is on it's way. Will be happy when we can get the collar back on our boy.

In the beginning (2.5 years ago) it took me awhile to learn how to navigate the app, but customer service has been consistently outstanding. We just upgraded to Halo 4 and it is a huge leap forward. Highly recommend!!

This company is clearly scamming people. These collars have a tendency to stop working after 6 or so months and the company will not replace them as it stated they would in the buyers agreement. This was the case for me, as they will not return my emails or calls to start a warranty process claim. Im considering filling a lawsuit for myself and the other thousands of customers involved in the scam.

When I first purchased our Halo collar about 1.5 years ago, I didnt realize how terrific their support model is. While the Halo has been rock solid and an invaluable training tool for our 2 year old German *******/Husky mix, we have had a couple of issues that required Halo support. Our latest Halo support experience was today with a great young man named *****. As with our previous experience, ***** was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. He identified our issue and resolved it to my utmost satisfaction. In my opinion and based on my experience, Halo support is unsurpassed! The Halo collar is one of the most useful and dependable items weve got and worth every *****. Thanks Halo Support and thanks ***** and ********!!
