The owners and support staff are great people! Customer care/service has been RELIABLE ever since moving into the area (2015) If you are considering a purchase and it's in your budget, having a (whole house) unit installed would be the way to go! Similar to car insurance premiums it can be a nuisance UNTIL your first accident! (In this case, it would be the first POWER OUTGAGE) I would recommend a "whole house" unit over any other type of configuration IF it fits your budget!
