Alessio helped us with a planning application for Listed Building approval that we needed for an internal stair lift. He responded to our initial enquiry very promptly, met with us and gave advice about the process and the timescales. He was very friendly and explained everything to us.
He submitted the application to the local authority almost immediately after our initial consultation, tracked the progress, responded to queries raised by the planning officers and produced an additional drawing when requested by them. He kept us informed throughout and got the planning application through seamlessly.
We would thoroughly recommend Alessio for his high level of professionalism, responsiveness and overall experience and knowledge of the planning process. A really excellent job.

It was my first project, was very apprehensive. Alessio, from Halecyon, was may be 3rd or the 4th I contacted and found him to be the most easy, helpful and responsive. We agreed to meet on site, on the same day, whilst others wanted to fill a book with mish mash of details before even contemplating a site visit.
