Met John prior to buying decking and posts. Reason for this was 3 other places offered decking but none this quality for the money. Delivered yes a day late but setbacks happen so next day delivery instead ,so glad I chose this company product is 5 star

I needed some extra treated timber for a garden project, and as I was in the area, I called in to buy and collect. What a great service, even cutting long lengths to size so it would fit in my car. Quality products at good prices, with friendly and helpful staff.....what more could you ask for. Well done guys, I will be back.

I was looking for 20 x 44mm Treated Redwood Planed Landscape Batten (2" x 1") near my area and found this place, it was two hours away, closer than others. I was surprised by the quality of service. When I need timber, I will definitely come back to this place. I recommend.

I had a very poor experience. I enquired about the composite battens listed on their website at £5 each. I called ahead and was told that there was no need to order online, and that I could come collect them any time and pay on collection. I came to collect yesterday morning, and was shown the battens, they were stored outside, covered in muck, and many were bent out of shape/deformed due to overheating. I asked if they could provide me with ones that were not bent and were clean, and was told I would need to wait a few hours until they had time to look at it. I ended up spending 1 hour, on my own, selecting the ones that weren't bent, carrying them to the pressure washer, cleaning them myself, and then loaded the car. Having spent 1 hour cleaning their stock so that it was in a sellable condition, I asked for a discount to reflect my experience, and was told this wouldn't be possible. I then posted my review on Trustpilot, and they LIED and replied that it was never on their website, and instead it was on facebook, and the condition was stated. But I don't even have Facebook - and the truth is that they deleted the listing from their website. Luckily, I have evidence of what they did (attached). They should apologise - and put it right. Shocking.
