So grateful for Philomena!!! She is an absolute God-send! I love my new haircut!! Philomena accomplished what I thought would be impossible.
Here's the backstory:
Two weeks prior I had gone to a different salon and received the worst haircut I've ever had in my life. I'm near 50 years old, so that's saying a lot. It looked like a toddler cut my hair with kitchen scissors... it was AWFUL!!! As most folks know, a bad haircut can just ruin your day (or month... couple months.. however long it takes to grow it out).
I was desperate to find a stylist that could help. The layers (if you would call them that) were so bad, so uneven, that even a baseball cap couldn't cover it. My initial goal was to grow my hair out, but with the horrible haircut I had received, I thought I would have to go with a super short hairstyle to correct it.
:) Then I found Philomena.
In an effort to not turn this into a novel, I'll say this: moving forward, I will not allow anyone else to cut my hair but Philomena! I left the salon feeling great! She completely fixed my hair, and she did her best to not take anymore length than was necessary. She also took the time to show me different ways I could style my new haircut and I LOVE it!!
Bottom line:
If you're looking for a stylist you can trust, you're looking for Philomena :)

I have lived with very thin hair all my life but the last couple of years it has worsened and made me very self conscious.
