Really unprofessional experience unfortunately. This is in no way me trying to be overly critical or harsh, I am leaving this review as I paid this instructor for lessons. I know he will respond stating he has over 70 positive reviews, this is however, my experience, which was very different to those who had a good one. I had a test booked for over 6 months away when I contacted this instructor. My previous instructor could no longer teach me as she started working a 9 to 5. I had over 15 lessons with her, so I wasn't a beginner by any means. I had 2 lessons with this instructor, explained the situation and how I had a test booked, ensured they had the date and time of my test, as its so hard to get tests I didnt want to have to cancel or move it. Unfortunately, those 2 lessons were so poor, the instructor although a nice person, would huff and puff, sigh, roll his eyes and tut constantly. He does not make you feel good about your skillset, instead he makes you feel like an idiot, he knocks your confidence, he doesnt explain things very well. I just felt like he was nice on the surface but became annoyed and patronising if you ask questions or if you don't get something right the first time. When I was having lessons with this instructor he had a different and older car (than he does now) so I needed to get my bearings with the steering being heaving for example, he would get annoyed at this, amongst lots of other things. After my two lessons, this instructor ghosted me. At the end of the lesson he said he will book my next lessons and he would be in touch, he was not in touch😂. I proceeded to text him to ask if he had any lessons booked for me he replied saying "not really". And then he ghosted me. If he thought I was that bad at driving that's fine 😂, if he didnt have the capacity to teach me that too is fine, but I don't get why you wouldn't just be honest and tell me? I was waiting for weeks hear back from him with my test coming up. As an instructor who knows how hard it is to get tests, why not just tell me so I can go about my business? I found it really rude and unprofessional, and with that being said, this is not someone I would recommend. I have attached an image of one my text exchanges where you can see the instructors number, as proof I was in fact a paying customer.

The two words that pop in my mind regarding my experience with Habeebah driving school is Proficiency and Professionalism. Never for a minute ,I felt like I was being given standardised lectures provided to every one . Rather it was a highly customised approach targeted specifically at my weak points and areas that needed brushing up. There was no exploitation in terms of pushing me to do lengthy amount of unnecessary lessons and waste my money. Rather I was told professionally what needs to get done and full effort was being made to help me clear my exam in the least possible time. Hence, the results were obvious and I passed my test at first attempt. Misbah is a wonderful teacher who knows his work really well. He ensures that the clients time and money is used in the best possible manner. I would recommend Habeebah Driving school to all potential learners. Trust me, you won't regret it.

You have the test reference with you. I did not sell you test. How the test got cancelled I have no idea. I have given you all the lessons you paid for. I have out of compassion refunded you the money you paid for the test to wit: £250. I have promised to take you for your next test free of charge. Could you also share this communication and receipt of payment. You can report this to the DVSA for investigation. They will be able to confirm how the test was cancelled.
