We have been using H-VAC for the last few years and have never had better service! they have helped to keep some of out 61 year old Air Conditioning systems going and are very quick when it comes to a service call. Highly recommended.

We have had H-VAC do our spring and fall service for over 15 years. They are always on time and very thorough. Torrence is one of the best service people by far we have had from any service company!!! They always give us the good news and the never sugar coat the bad news!!!! We recommend H-VAC hands down over any other company. Excellent Company and they know how to communicate if they will be late!!!

Scheduled the appointment, they arrived on time, diagnosed our problem with our AC and found an additional gas leak that we weren’t aware we had. Professional, efficient and very kind!

Do not sleep on this family owned business!! Our a/c went out and I called first thing Saturday morning. A tech was calling me within 20 min to schedule a time. Less than 90 min later they were at my door! The big box company said they could be there any time between 8am and 7pm! (Insert eye roll).
Charlie was our technician. He was quick, efficient and explained everything- down to the cost of parts and confirmed it was okay to proceed with pricing on each step. We had a repair done a few years ago by the big box company and they didn't even take the time to put a part on correctly. Thankfully Charlie took pride in his craft and changed the size of the belt needed for our unit so the new part would be dangling like the other company left their job.
I can tell this is a great company! You can tell they are hardworkers and want to do right by the customer!
Trent arrived right at the appointed time, quickly found the issue with my AC unit; and had it fixed in a flash! He clearly explained the issue and how he was fixing it. Thanks for the great service!
