No items delivered, no communication. I would not recommend using this business. I have spent a lot of money with them on three bits of kit, and on their delivery, and only one item has arrived. They are blaming DPD for the fact that the other two items haven't arrived but don't seem to be doing anything about the hold up in delivery (three weeks), do not respond to emails, do not answer the phone, and have not provided a solution. I run a business and this is affecting our service delivery. Shop elsewhere.

No bike after 2 months of waiting I waited 2 months for a bike that never arrived. I was understanding about the initial delay, but was not even informed about the second delay. I had to contact them to find out why it hadn't arrived. When I finally got a tracking number all the tracking said was that the bike was on its way back to gymsets. They had the cheek to ask if I knew why. No apology and a pathetic passive aggressive email instead because I said it was a waste of time ordering something that never came.
