Customer service is the highest I have ever dealt with, I sent an email inquiring about the tracking number and got a response immediately after with all the information needed to track my shipment , upon receipt of my new drive shaft I was very impressed with the packaging and the quality of the drive shaft itself 10 out of 10 experience highly recommended.

This company is awesome!! I had a very odd request for a driveshaft for my ford explorer ST and they knocked it out of the park. Way smoother than oem and car defiantly feels more direct and planted when accelerating. Super easy to work with and their driveshafts are literal artwork can not recommend enough!

Would not recommend to anyone… I don’t care if they have a “tv show” coming out. Walked in to get my driveshaft repaired and first glance goes we have to order parts to fix that… I said okay that’s fine. After that he changed and says oh well we don’t work on this style of driveshaft….. never seemed to want to work or take my money.was pushing me away the entire time Absolutely will never suggest to anyone.

Good morning. We are sorry you're upset. I conversed with our counter employee. He told me you brought in a High speed CV style driveshaft. We dont work on that type of driveshaft so we dont stock an inventory on those parts. Nor do we have the tooling to work on it. We can only service ujoint style driveshafts. He also said you wanted it repaired today. He suggested another local shop that would possibly be able to help you out today and get you going.

Again I apologize but there was nothing we could do to help you today. And we dont want to "take your money" on a job we are not able to complete. We specialize in a certain style driveshaft and we were unable to help you today.
