When my home drains began to drain slow o didn't hesitate to call Guardian Plumbing. They installed a new water heater, installed a great unit, great to work with and very respectful of my property. Was not disappointed, immediate response from website, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly service representatives arrived soon after my inquiry and diagnosed the 'root' of my drainage problem...a root being the cause of my slow drain situation. Everyone was polite, professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Could not recommend this plumbing company more.

Was quoted a price per the advertised special ($99. main drain line opening). I approved.
Technician found blockage in the line and said the toilet would have to be removed to get at it. Tech called me and said for another $50 or $55 dollars he could do that. I said yes do it.
Well, after several hours of not getting the drain cleared (and never did) he was done. He wrote the invoice for over $400.00.
Big surprise for me (not happy).
He gave me another quote of over $3,000. telling me concrete had to be removed in the bathroom and pipes replaced. I said no.
I Contacted an independent plumbing company.
Made an appointment for the next day.
The Technician arrived on time. Set his equipment in place (never had to go in the house) and cleared the drain in 30 minutes. Cost $300.00.
Have not had a problem since.
My advice when dealing with Guardian Plumbers is - BEWARE get everything in writing before they start any additional work.
Absolutely disappointed with Guardian, and from looking at recent reviews I am not the only one. Had them come out to check for leaks due to a notification I got from the water company. The technician couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. We suspected the running toilet. Their interpretation was that there was a slab leak because you could hear water in the shower pipe in the upstairs bathroom. Their solution was that I needed to replace all the piping in my entire house for 30k and wanted me to sign a contract on my couch same day. I got two second opinions who stated it was the toilet and a very old shower cartridge along with a broken bath regulator. Both second opinions stated it was crazy to say it was a slab leak since it was an upstairs bathroom, if I had a continuous leak upstairs there would be a lake in my house. To top it off the tech commented on a pipe that was dented thats connected to the hose bib and water regulator in the front.. I asked him what would cause it and he said an inexperienced tech putting a wrench on it.. I said oh thats funny because Guardian re did all this pipe work! I have used Guardian for multiple years and they lost a customer.
These jokers wanted to charge me $ 20K to fix a simply leak claiming my copper pipes were substandard and needed to be replaced with pex piping. I got a 2nd opinion and plumber I usec said my copper pipes are fine and he could fix the leak for $600 . Haven't had any leaks. Beware, they especially like con you if your a woman and don't anything about plumbing.
Very polite and informed easy to communicate with the technicians. Prompt arrival and were efficient in getting the job done. Pricing was very competitive with others. Glad we called Guardian

The technician began using the wrong tools in a way that could have caused thousands of dollars in damage. I stopped the work immediately. The issue was an external nick on a 3" copper pipe, which I repaired myself with a MAP torch.
They were pushing for a much larger job -- not entirely wrong, since Temecula's water is extremely hard and a conditioner isn't a bad idea -- but after this experience, I'll never use them again. Advise extreme caution.
We could not find a leak under our manufactured home. After trying with 6 other plumbers Guardian came out and had it done in 1 day. Fast, efficient and responsive they saved the day. Would highly recommend

I would give a negative star if I could. My experience with this company was not good and I'm sad that I used the reviews to hire them. My toilet was sliding so I paid them 335.00 to pull it up, replace the seals and bolt it back down. Found roots, asked for pics to send to the HOA - never got any. The silicone didn't even seal one of the bolt caps. The next day, every flush spewed water all over, pulled the lid off and the mechanism inside the tank was not in the tube. Obviously, it fell out when the plumber moved pulled the toilet out and put it back, and he didn't check it. Was relieved it was an "easy" fix. A few weeks later, the base of the toilet cracked. Guess he tightened the bolts too much? I live alone and rarely even use this bathroom, so it's not like it's being abused. I also had asked for a remodel quote, never got confirmation of an appointment but some angry guy showed up at 10:00 AM on a Wednesday. I work remote from home until 3PM and was VERY clear about that so I told him he needed to come back at 3. Got a call from the office, apologizing for the miscommunication and set it up for 3:00 the following Wednesday. No one showed, but I got a call at 4:45PM. I was rather rude and told them we're done - didn't even want to hear it. I moved 2 appointments to accommodate the appointment for the 2nd time, again, got no text to confirm or a phone call - until almost 2 hours later. I would not invite them to my home again. Now I have to find a new plumber to REPLACE MY TOILET.
