Had my Mazda cx-9 serviced today.
Not only were they all awesome and friendly, but they were also really good with timing, price, and care. She's a very happy car now, and I'm a very happy customer. Will definitely be returning for future services.
Huge shout out to Mitch and the team! My car was stuck at work and needed to be towed to a mechanic. The team at GS&M Automotive were more than happy to take delivery of the car and work on it when they could fit it in. They ran the diagnostic tests and worked out it was the ECU causing the problem. Mitch called to let me know what the issue was and the plan for fixing it. No mansplaining, just an informative conversation that put my mind at ease. I have had my car back for a couple of weeks now and it is driving as good as new. Highly recommend!

Amazing price, amazing people, amazing job. Took my van to get my timing belt and a service done. Done in less than 4 hours, at a price less than I expected. It’s rare to find an honest mechanic with integrity. Thanks Mitch and Keira. You have a customer for life.
Mitch had been so helpful in organising my car for a service and new timing belt. Turn around time was great. I really appreciated the clear communication and price. I had been avoiding a mechanic for a long time as I couldn’t find one I trusted, but am so happy with Gs&m.

I'm very pleased with the service and the work Grant and the team did to my Commodores transmission this week. They managed to fit me in last minute, provided a loan car (at no extra cost) and even dropped my car off to me when it was completed as I was working.
Grant was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the repairs needed. My experience with GS&M has been very positive and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an auto-trans mechanic.
Grant and his team are reliable and give excellent service. Their skills are legend. I have been getting my car serviced here for many years. He is open and transparent about real potential costs, keeps me informed of any unexpected surprises and is always trying to offer options to suit a budget -highly recommend.

Exceptional Service !
Exceptional Service ! Grant quickly found the issue with transmission and turned it around in a day, 10% of what it could have cost if left as was, a prior service had left clogged silicon all inside :)
Car drives like a dream again.
