I had need of a quick turn around remedy for my samsung phone and GR phones delivered the goods.Every thing was well explained including the possible down side of losing data.I was also provided with some good suggestions as to preventing the same situation occurring again. Very happy with the overall result and will be taking my lap top in for some diagnostic work in the near future. The repairs were completed in the agreed time and at the agreed price.

I recently took my phone to GR Phones for a screen repair. I want to start by saying that the customer service was great and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the process and organised However, before the repair, my phone battery was working perfectly battery health was good. I had actually had the battery replaced only a few months earlier, and it held charge exactly as expected. Since getting my phone back from the screen repair, the battery performance has become extremely poor, dropping from 100% to around 10% within a very short period of time. While I appreciate the customer service and the screen repair itself, I'm disappointed that my phone now has a serious battery issue that it did not have before the repair was carried out. Which don’t understand what parts were damaged during the glass replacement. Make sure you make sure you check your phone before sending it in for fixing and come out with more issues.

They were very straightforward with what had to happen but they were not rude in any way. They took care of the phone gently ensuring they didnt damage the phone. 10/10 Would definitely recomnend.
