I have been a patient here for 8 years. It gets worse each year. they specialise in saying 'no' . They have now implemented an appointment blocking (not booking!) system so you have to go online and its almost impossible to get help. We are forced online, its not a preference or choice. I now have to heavily lean on private GP's and private healthcare even though I am pensioner age. I rarely get to see a doctor and have never seen the same GP twice. Reading the other positive reviews, I have no idea what I am doing wrong, but I have found this GP persistently hard work, bureaucratic and unhelpful to deal with. I only stay because its 50M away from home. Sorry I have had to write this review out of frustration.

Since moving to our new access model we are able to address more than half of patient queries for medical advice on the same day-based on medical need, as determined by a senior experienced GP.

I saw Dr Hashmi yesterday. He took my symptoms very seriously, examined me thoroughly and referred me on an urgent care pathway. I received the referral appointment within hours. Very reassuring. Excellent level of care and a very human sensibility.

Dr. Lauren Richardson is an excellent GP the BEST in this practice without a doubt she is clear, concise and very thorough! You can tell she takes her job seriously as opposed to other young GP's in this practice.
Safna Addul and Sahita were also great! Very friendly, helpful and professional I wish I could say the same about some of the staff, these wonderful people will keep standards in this practice high it has been going downhill recently.
Grove Medical please hire people only of this calibre.
I have never felt as safe, looked after and respected as I have done since joining Grove Medical Centre. Going to the doctors can be nerve racking at times, but as a patient I’ve been treated with respect, understanding, empathy and the utmost care. Being able to submit a form online rather than calling and waiting in line at 8am has been a very simple and effective way of booking appointments, and my queries have been dealt with in a timely and professional manner. This is by far the best experience I’ve had with a practice in London, I feel very taken care of and have quickly built trust with the practice and its practitioners. Dr Husain is an incredibly kind, caring and considerate doctor, who is very receptive and thoughtful of his patients, I feel my health is in very good hands. It’s been a breath of fresh air and I’m very thankful to have found a GP that I can rely on and feel comfortable turning to.
Dr Kamil is very helpful, attentive and professional.
Also Magda at Reception desk is lovely and super helpful!

Tried getting a summary of health record emailed to me for a fit to work certificate, simple document from my records. Said I couldn’t have it until I came in and signed a form then it would take a month to get to me. Absurd.

For legal and data protection reasons, practices are required to have patients sign a consent form before releasing medical records or summaries, in order to safeguard patient confidentiality.

Reception work not professional. I was take my baby to clinic, waiting for 25mins, then they wait until I came ask how long i need wait more my appointment was 15mins before. And they said , you need rebook. If you can't do it, why not text to let me know. And only 30 second for baby vaccine. Or because I am vietnamesse, I am not good on English, then you allow to raised like that

I have been registered with Grove Medical Centre for 13 years and the service is totally exceptional. The counter staff are always helpful with their advice. Staff have worked there for years and really understand what they can do for you.
Booking for appointments is online which is fine after you use it once. Doctors get back promptly and ensure you get appropriate treatment.
They use local services to ensure that you get what you need from other local services.
The doctors are also very pleasant to meet and listen.
I would say that I'm very lucky to have one of the best health centres on my doorstep.

Dr Sara Mirza is an excellent GP. She is warm, approachable and really takes the time to listen, which instantly puts you at ease. She explains things clearly and makes sure you feel involved in decisions about your care. I felt heard and supported in her consultations. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines genuine compassion with professionalism the way she does. Grove Practice is lucky to have her.

Just to say thank you to the admin staff who get the referrals sent out and Dr Forgan for both of their attentive service.
One does not realise that even the result of seemingly small actions can feel as if a huge weight has been lifted and that is how I am feeling.
