They did an OK job, but missed several major spots in the kitchen. They did a terrific job the first time we had them our here so I was disappointed this time.

Mr. Hammonds, I am so sorry you were disappointed. Our yearly maintenance cleans are meant to cover high traffic areas only unless asked to clean other areas. We always strive for 100% satisfaction and are happy to make it right for you. Please call the office so we can clean the area you feel we missed.
We loved what Groutsmith did for our tile
Floors. Their professional quality product and service has made us very happy! We purchased the grout cleaning and resealing with a tint and also had them replace some grout. We added in the annual maintenance program as well. It was a bit pricier than what I was expecting but hopefully we will get many more years of our flooring looking new! They were able to do our floors and bathrooms while we were away and everything was perfect when we returned!
Justin did an amazing job. The tile floors look better than new.
When the floors were completed Justin explained how to keep them clean and touch up the grout if needed.
Justin is both professional and very friendly. We were comfortable having him in our home.

I had all my tile floors cleaned and the grout painted. Also, the shower grout repaired and painted! I am beyond pleased. The Groutsmith did exactly what they said they would do and they were able to come earlier than expected (with a phone call to get permission). Knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient! I was considering replacing the floors but this has saved me thousands of dollars and inestimable frustration with dirt, dust and upheaval!
