Wow!!! What a professional company!!!
I planned for a grout cleaning and got my estimate for cleaning and sealing back in March. I was waiting for some painting to be completed before I started the grout work! End of July! I left my $100 deposit and when I asked for the date. They were ready to go!!!
Artur and Roman showed up on time and worked all day.
In the middle of the job, I decided to change to the color grout sealer instead of just cleaning it! I really wanted that PERFECT look.
So, the guys worked until 7 pm to accommodate me and then fit me in the following day to finish this now longer job!!!
It's beautiful!!!! My suggestion is don't just get it cleaned and sealed. Pay a bit more and get the color sealer!!! You will be 💯 satisfied!!!

Our new home was built without sealing the grout in the tile floors. Needless to say, after a year of foot traffic and dog paws, the grout was disgustingly dirty and we couldn't find anything that would clean it. We contracted with Grout Brothers to do a deep clean of the tiles and grout, and then apply both color sealing (in the high traffic areas) and clear sealing (in the lesser traffic areas) on the grout. They completed the work yesterday and the floors look awesome! And the 2 person work crew were extremely hard working and friendly. I highly recommend them!

Tim arrived promptly and was friendly and highly experienced. He did extensive grout repair, some of it quite complicated. For example, some floor tiles in the great room had buckled, cracking the grout, due to settling of the house over time. To properly repair the grout, he drilled into the grout around the tiles and injected a special glue under the tiles, then weighted down the tiles over night. He also replaced a lot of crumbling grout around floor tiles in the great room and bathrooms. Secondly, our walk-in shower has tiny 2-inch floor tiles, with heavily stained white grout that is hard to clean. He painstakingly removed all the old white grout and replaced it with charcoal-gray grout, as I requested, which is the same grout color for all the 13-inch floor tiles in the house. The 20-year-old house looks brand new, and all grout will be easy to maintain.
