I retained this firm to represent me in a municipal ordinance (noise violation) and am very disappointed. During my hearing, not one - but FIVE - individuals testified against me, despite official records showing that NONE of them had ever filed a complaint, contacted police, made a report, or documented any prior concerns related to my property or noise. This information was available to the law firm prior to and during the hearing, as it was part of the evidence packet submitted to the court.
Despite having full knowledge of the available evidence, my attorney failed to challenge these testimonies and did not even address the lack of documentation and credibility issues during the hearing. As a result, the unsupported claims were allowed to influence the court and adversely affect the outcome of my case.
I have since raised these concerns with the firm and am currently attempting to resolve the matter directly. At the time of this review, I have not received a response. If the issue is not addressed promptly, I intend to pursue a formal complaint with the Florida Bar.
