I would Highly recommend Grizzly Bear Events I contacted Ben quite last minute for our event, Communication was the best, very helpful and accommodating. Chris arrived on the day, exactly when he was expected, he was also very friendly, helpful and he really took his time to place the heater for our marquee where would be best. The heater was better than we expected even with the temperature drop on our party weekend. Will definitely be using these guys again.

Really excellent service and very attractive lighting solution. Ben and the Grizzly Bear Events team provided outdoor lighting for the evening for our wedding. The lighting looked great and was very charming, and was also very practical (we used it to light a mini golf course during the evening). Ben was very responsive and helpful throughout. He was also very inventive in coming up with an effective design that meant we could illuminate all of the mini golf course while also complying with the venue’s rules about how / where outdoor things could be installed. The setup and takedown was smooth and efficient, and didn’t interfere with anything else happening on the day. We were very pleased with the result!

I used Grizzly Bear on two occasions, once for a last minute mushroom outdoor heater request for a private party and secondly for a bigger party to provide generators, a fridge trailer and a fire pit for a private event. Both events went really well - the heaters saved our party. and for our bigger event, everything ran smoothly and the client was very happy with how the event ran and the power all worked really well. We appreciated you coming back to support the suppliers on Saturday - that was so helpful and gave us an extra layer of comfort. Would definitely work with Grizzly Bear again.

Excellent service by all at Grizzly Bear. Great communication prior to the event and during the set up day. We hired a generator, feston lighting and fridges for our tipi wedding. Great value for money and very helpful in guiding us through the process. If we ever do a large event again we would be using Grizzly Bear. We couldn't recommend them enough.

We hired a fridge trailer from Grizzly Bear Events for our wedding this August, and we cannot recommend them highly enough! Ben was absolutely brilliant - incredibly responsive, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. The fridge trailer itself was perfect for storing all our alcohol, wedding cake, and ice supply for the day. Everything stayed beautifully chilled, and it made the logistics so much easier. From the point of first contact through to them to collecting the equipment after the event, Ben and his team were absolutely brilliant to deal with. We used them for our festival style wedding and hired a chiller trailer, a generator and all our lighting from them. All were excellent and Ben’s communication throughout was fantastic. Especially for our wedding recently, when even in an extremely busy period for them, no request was too much and everything was executed quickly and without issue. Flawless service. Ben was a very clear and responsive communicator. The onsite people were lovely which always makes the difference. To facilitate delivery and pick up scheduling, they offered us to have the stage for longer than we needed with no extra charge which benefited two other events we hadn't planned a stage for initially.
