Their design ideas were beautiful, and the finished result completely transformed our backyard—it looks amazing! Everyone on the crew was attentive, respectful, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. They are all truly great people!! They listened to what we wanted, offered great suggestions, and delivered even more than we expected. Grey Rock was wonderful to work with! Cierra, Thomas and the rest of the team made sure to communicate my entire project from start the finish. Thomas made sure to call me prior to their arrival to communicate everything they were going to do AND followed up with me the day after the project was complete on how it went, what could be better, any questions I had, etc. They answered any questions I had and were very patient, did the job well and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any landscape work done and/or drainage - which ours was! Our neighbor used Grey Rock for their recent backyard landscaping project, which turned out very nice, so we decided to also go with Grey Rock for our needed retaining walls and complete patio design. It was a big project which required a combined 160 tons of limestone blocks, flagstone, and crushed asphalt. We had another project during that time to replace our deck, and Thomas worked closely with the deck contractor to coordinate working with and around each other. Our completed project looks great and will provide us many years of use and enjoyment. It was a pleasure working with Dakota, Thomas, Logan, crew, and staff, and we look forward to some potential future projects. Everyone at Grey Rock was very knowledgeable and experienced, and all were very professional and customer service oriented with the work performed. Thank you!

I recently hired Grey Rock Landscape and Construction to assist with a paver patio project and am so pleased with the results. The team at Grey Rock was incredibly supportive of my request to be involved in the process and complete part of the work myself--in my experience, it’s very rare to find a company that is so accommodating. I cleared the patio area, and the Grey Rock team carefully surveyed it and ensured there was a proper slope away from my house foundation, which is crucial for effective drainage and the long-term integrity of any patio. The crew then expertly set the paver base, providing a solid and level foundation for the patio work to come. Once the base was prepared, I was able to lay the paver bricks myself, just as I had wanted, and then worked with the Grey Rock team to lock in the design with poly sand. Grey Rock Landscaping’s attention to detail and willingness to collaborate made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Communication throughout the project was excellent; they immediately responded to questions, provided great recommendations, and kept me consistently informed. Their professionalism and flexibility turned what could have been a stressful project into a rewarding experience. I highly recommend Grey Rock Landscaping to anyone looking for quality workmanship, non-stop, hard working team members, and a company that truly values customer input and involvement. I know they are a company I can count on in the future and would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Every step from requesting an estimate through contracting and construction was seamless. All of the team members we worked with were extremely professional and communication about timing and cost were clear. We had a smaller job but the Grey Rock team treated it like any other size job. In August we had Grey Rock give our landscaping a face lift. We wanted a more zen like design and feel. We had a plan and they executed it! We have been updating and we're waiting to post our review and photos once we could really showcase the amazing job the did. Dakota and his crew (Justin, Logan, Mark. Erin. Cierra. I am happy to add this very favorable review of Grey Rock Landscape & Construction. In short, they blew my mind and exceeded our expectations!! We imagined a nice flagstone patio, water feature, and some existing irrigation and yard upgrades to the home in which we moved this summer. The crew was a lot of fun, hard working, and very thoughtful. I especially appreciated the thorough and considerate job they always did regarding drainage and the movement of water. The flagstone patio and water feature look like an Ad in a national homes magazine! We are so proud of the work and the beauty that has been added to our outdoor space. We love this project because the outdoor space that it created has become our daily retreat. We spend time out there every day and love the sound of the waterfall while and bubbling brook while we sit on our custom stone bench and wait for the grill to heat up on its new, Pennsylvania Blue flagstone pad! Beyond the numbers we really enjoyed working with the team members from Grey Rock. We have done a lot of construction and landscaping projects in the past, but no team has been more professional than Grey Rock. The on-site project manager communicated all of our feedback to the crew and small adjustments were made throughout the project to our satisfaction. That’s a real confidence builder when you’re reliant on someone else to produce the results you envision. From the first sales call and quote to the final walkthrough, Grey Rock performed.
