If I could give less I would. Dismissive, continuously making excuses for unethical practices, and purposefully preying on cases of people they know/think have no advocates. I was hung up on by Mr. Muroff after he refused give me the contact of someone within his chain of command to address the financial abuse faced by my loved one after calling back, was given the run around for a straight forward question. If you don’t want to be seen in a timely fashion and even have the attorney general, Mr. Grey, pretend to be daft when faced with very straight forward questions, come here, but don’t recommend your loved ones here! Preference wasn’t an issue, withholding funds from elderly disabled folks was. I wouldn’t trust an attorney that bickers with people’s reviews either, clearly in need of therapy and support themselves.

As the review states, the calls were taken by both an attorney and the firm’s managing partner and the questions – even though the caller is not our client – were answered. Unfortunately there are times when the proper legal advice is not the answer someone would prefer to hear, and this is clearly one of those occasions. Regardless, if and when the client’s situation becomes one that calls for legal action, we will certainly take the necessary steps to ensure that benefits are delivered.
