James my service engineer heat pump called at the end of his day to sort out my lack of heat and hot water. After a lot of investigating he was able to give me back heat and I am so so happy. Our ground source heat pump had failed. Grant from Gregor heating had come out and fixed it but were still short on glycol for the system and he noted that two valves needed repairing. He returned as agreed last Saturday and fixed the outstanding issues in 45 minutes. Brilliant sservice. He was neat, tidy and courteous as usual, Well done Gregors.

I've used Gregor heating many times over the years for boiler servicing, water cylinder and fuse board and have always been happy with their work and communication. However over the last few months trying to deal with the renewables side of the business has been a disappointment. I called 4 times in November when trying to book an EV charger installation (no callbacks) and when looking for a home battery system I've called twice and not been called back. Reception are polite and I've had the boiler serviced by Gregor in January but as mentioned the renewables department has been a disappointment.
