My first time in Indiana getting my CT-6 serviced. It was a world-class experience. This will definitely be where I bring my car for all future services while I am living in Indiana.

Took my Lyriq in for a charging issue. Ended up being my adapter at home that went bad. Nothing they could do to help other than get me a replacement. They were kind enough to top me off while I was there to keep me going until a replacement adapter arrived. No upsell or lies, just honest diagnosis and suggestions.

Great place with great people. Excellent experience with this dealership. The XT5 will be a great vehicle. I've always delt with other vehicles besides Cadillacs. I've always like them. Just stayed in my lane! Life changes have me now driving a Cadillac a little more.

Definitely not satisfied!! Took my 2014 Cadillac CTS to have them look at after hitting a pot hole. It was making a noise and felt like my tire was going to fall off when going over bumps. I told them that was the main reason for bringing it in. After they checked over the whole car they gave me an estimate for $12,000 to fix everything that was wrong with my vehicle. I told them to address and fix the issue with the car making the noise and the check engine light. Total cost was a little over $2100. I was happy that they fixed it all the same day, but when I picked it up and after I paid I was told that the noise was still there and that it needed Struts which would cost $2,400 more to fix. Not only did they not address my original concern of the noise, they completely misdiagnosed my vehicle and surprisingly forgot to mention that it needed Struts until after I paid the $2100. Their reply was “it’s just a noise, no safety issue”. Yes, just a noise that was the #1 reason for taking my car in! Only thing I’m happy with is that they fixed my check engine light and that my car runs better now from that $300 part but completely dissatisfied that I still have the noise and still feels like the tire is going to fall off when hitting bumps. I highly recommend not taking your vehicle to Lockhart Cadillac.

Good experience buying the vehicle. Terrible follow up after vehicle was purchased. Once the deal was signed, they basically washed their hands of us. There was maintenance that needed to be done before taking the vehicle home. Had to make several phone calls (they didn’t contact us until we initiated every time ) and waited a week to get the vehicle.
