I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Greenwich Medical Spa. The atmosphere was peaceful, welcoming and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredible kind, attentive, and professional. I genuinely felt cared for. It’s clear GMS is passionate about providing outstanding service and creating a positive and personal experience. I look forward to my next visit.
My regular injector was unavailable the day I needed so I decided to try here. First after getting home I realized they never applied my new customer promo, whatever. A week after no real noticeable improvemeny, when my forehead to my brows is usually nice and smooth and no movement at all by then, but I ok ill give the 2 full weeks...nope not getting better and now my forehead makes these terrible arches / folds above my brows when I make expressions....so ok its a new injector she doesn't know me yet I will take them up on their two week touch up offer....explain to the girl (different from first injector who i guess called out that day because I was text while in the parking lot of their place i could either rebook or use whoever was available) which i gladly picked because this needs to get fixed ASAP! The second girl said yeah still some movement did her thing and I left.....so now almost 2 weeks post second injections....it still the same and it looks terrible when I make expressions scrunches up like wrinkled baby bulldog, cute on them me not so much! I dont understand how the outcome can be soooooo different i literally pay half the price at my regular place and my forehead is like glass in 7 to 10 days hete it is a month and the whole lower half my forehead is like it was never touched...very disappointing will not be back, which stinks because I was interested in some other body packages they had, but I just cant go back after this experience. Wanted to love the place they would be so close and convenient but sadly I cant :/
Thankfully my injector said he will fix it this week....cant wait!
