Lisa Krulasik helped me throughout the entire process and could not have done anything more to make such a momentous easy and joyful for me. She helped me and my girlfriend browse through their entire selection of rings until we narrowed down to her preferred style, then privately helped me through the procurement process and with setting the ring with a family heirloom diamond that had huge significance to us. Lisa was professional, kind, thoughtful and fun at every step of the way and I would go back without hesitation for any other bridal/etc jewelry needs!

Not sure why that even when there were associates standing around and they told us there’s no staff availability whatsoever. One sales representative stared at me from head to toes the moment I walked in. I felt extremely uncomfortable despite the nice selection of designs and styles they have. I would love to like this store and brand but this first impression was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing

Hi Vicky, thank you for taking the time to write this review. Our apologies that we were not able to accommodate you yesterday. Saturdays are always booked solid with appointments and although it might appear that associates are free they are usually in a few minutes of downtime waiting for their next scheduled guest. We always do our best to work with walk-in guests but sometimes we can fall short of the support needed to help everyone. We recently added Sundays and Mondays to our schedule to accommodate more guests. Please contact us if you are interested to try again, we would love the opportunity to book you into an appointment so you can get the attention and experience you deserve.

We had the most amazing experience at Greenwich Street Jewelers! We came in with an heirloom ring from the 1930s to have it refurbished and have the center stone replaced, and we were treated spectacularly at every turn! Ella helped us find our dream diamond and walked us through the whole process with transparency and an expert hand, all the while helping us make sure we stayed in budget. Truly 1000/10 service, we couldn’t recommend them enough! Big shoutout also to Ava and master jeweler Roman for their quick, in-depth assessments and for making this process super smooth!

I brought an heirloom 1940s engraved band for them to resize to a smaller size. Even with the engraving going all the way around, they were able to resize and you can’t even tell where it was cut. Thanks!

We met with Tiffany for our engagement ring consultation today, it felt like she really got the vision of what my girlfriend wanted and helped reassure us on our decisions. She was super friendly, helpful, and professional. She brought up small suggestions of what would complement what we wanted or things we didn’t think of that really showed she knew what she was doing. You could tell she really wanted to help and make sure we were getting what we wanted.
