Great job always. Tim comes out and does a great. Explains everything gives advice and makes us feel at ease since we have to french bulldogs and they are part of our family. Also great customer service. Extremely happy we have them. Greatly recommend!

The service is not worth the headache. I changed to greenway from another pest provider based on the promise of a superior service and customer service. The change also came with a significant cost increase that I was hoping would be worthwhile. What I actually got made me wish I could have cancelled well before the 1 year mark. The positives are that I didn’t have bug issues. Ive never had a real bug problem so maybe not a good judge for effectively. The cons - the price and particularly my frustrations trying to cancel my service at the time of my contract expiration. I called a few months ago to give my “30 day verbal notice of cancellation” per the agreement, where I was told I could only give verbal notice on the day of my contract expiration (12/17). I tried to explain that giving verbal notice on the day they would terminate the account is not a 30 day notice but they would not accept that reasoning. The fact they also wouldn’t just accept my more than 30 day verbal notice to cancel is also a sleezy way of doing business, I guess to try to charge people into an additional month. They did let me call ONE DAY early 12/16 to give notice to close my account the next day. What wasn’t communicated was that they would be canceling the final servicing appointment which was scheduled for the final day of my contract. When I called they said they would not complete a final service unless I payed for another month, citing the voicemail that they left this morning that they would be closing my account today (which I knew and wanted to happened). There was no communication that the appt was canceled. I only found that out when I called to ask why they didn’t perform the final service. The missed final service is open to interpretation of the contact and poor communication. Regardless the battles I had to go through to cancel the service was unnecessary and a frustrating way to end my time working with this company

I switched from my current pest company, call them Brand X, 2 years ago because on the day of treatment, the Brand X service guy actually walked right over a stream of ants on the walkway to my door and never noticed them. Seriously! Anyway, Greenway has been great. My service people, Jay and Rob, are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. In 2 years now, I have never seen a single scorpion or a tarantula, or ants to speak of - in fact, really any bugs. Fantastic.

Mikelle called when she was 10 min. away. When she got to my house she explained what the process was and when she was done sent text to give a written explanation of what she did. She is a very knowledgeable and thorough technician. I like Greenway's safe for humans and pets but bad on bugs approach. No odor in the house is a big plus to me. I highly recommend this company and technicians. SDS

Do not use! Horrible services, I have more bugs then I ever have and they charge $250 to cancel my contact. So $500 for two services and I have more bugs than when they started. When I called and got someone to come out "under warranty" they wouldn't spray the exterior again 30 days after the last service because it was too soon and was told they would not spray again until October (my regular schedule). It makes no sense that they have a "warranty" but refuse to re treat the property. The sales reps are super shady, one was even calling customers previous pest control company to cancel their service and told the company the customer passed away. Update: After refusing to pay my cancelation fee because they didn't live up to their end of the contract they sent it to collections. Such a horrible company and customer service..
