5/27/26. Changing from 5 star to 1 star. Recent management changes and new policies now have anyone who can make a decision unavailable and they didnt even bother to do our service last month. Really disappointed by the quick decline. Service is the one thing you need to do right and they are failing. Do not recommend. 10/7/25. New guy Chris just came by and he was wonderful. Very helpful and listened to our concerns and issues. Knowledgeable and friendly. Good service. Original post:Greenway pest is fantastic and reasonabbly priced compared to other services. We have their quarterly house treatment and the mosquito monthly treatment. Our tech, Jerry is awesome! He's attentive and happy to answer any questions we have, educate us and address the concerns we have about our back yard animals. Always happy to see him at our door.

Changing my rating. Customer service has suffered. I'm charged monthly for service every other month. It is the end on May and the last time they treated the property was February.

They stopped by as we were moving in right after we noticed several ant mounds in our new front yard. We hired them on the spot. First treatment down. We can already tell a difference. Reasonable pricing. Professional. They answer the phone when you call. 😊 UPDATE***** Greenway sold out to Pest Brothers. We never got notified of this switchover. Our service just stopped. Finally realized we were not being serviced anymore. Called and spoke with the new company. Nope. Our service did not transfer over. Waited on hold for a “new service” rep. Hung up and called ORANGE PEST CONTROL. They service our daughter’s house. They immediately got me on their books and they are 20% cheaper than what we were paying with Greenway. What a shame. Greenway was so dependable….until they weren’t.

Today: this used to be a five star company. Ever since they sold and are under new ownership, it has gone significantly downhill. The people who came out used to take care of our backyard, checking for pests and removing cobwebs, then telling us what they found, and what our options were moving forward to removing whatever they found. Today somebody came over, I pointed out an area and asked him to check it and let me know, saying we’ve seen a lot of wasp activity. This technician left without ever following up with me on his findings. I called into the customer service and was told the technician was unreachable and had left no notes on his findings. I then said I was pretty sure I had wasps and asked what are my next steps since I’m unfamiliar with how they are handling things under the new ownership. In the past, if the technician found wasps, he would come to the door, tell us what he found, and tell us when somebody would be out to take care of them. I asked the customer service agent what I needed to do to get them taken care of. At this point she said the accounts service department couldn’t be reached either to go over what it would cost to remove the wasps. We have had wasps every year and It has never been an additional cost to have them taken care of. In the past, the customer support was extremely helpful, and I was never told somebody was unreachable, had left no notes, or just left the house without giving any information. This is the very first service we have had since the change of ownership, and it’s the first subpar service we have ever received and has definitely left a sour taste in my mouth towards this ownership change. An hour later got a call from from the accounts team and they said the tech left no note about any of his findings and said he may not have checked, they wanted $300 for the wasp service. I asked them to review our contract and paper wasps are included. IF YOURE A GREEWAY CUSTOMER HAVE THEM CHECK YOUR CONTRACT BEFORE PAYING FOR ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICES. 11 months ago: Brian did a great job and removed all the cobwebs from our backyard!

EDIT: Greenway Pest Solutions use to be an excellent company they sold or merged a short time ago an the stuff hit the fan. Down hill fast, hell in a hand bag. Since they changed ownership our services have become null and void. Our payment plan hit the dirt they cant get it right took 3 weeks to finally get someone to actually understand what the issue was. We tried to schedule services today and got thrown through a loop. Im not playing their stupid games, i would suggest you dont either. Find another company it would be in your best interest. They had 5 stars before the chang in ownership now I can't even give them 0 stars but that isn't possible so 1 star it is. Greenway does an excellent job taking care of our pest control needs. Today Calven serviced our home, he was very knowledgeable and very thorough. His professionalism was top notch and he was very friendly. Keep up the good work.

Greenway was amazing. Since they sold or merged…..stay far FAR away. The new company, Budget Brothers Termite & Pest Elimination, has horrible customer service and whatever products they use actually increased my pests exponentially. After 1 treatment and multiple hours wasted dealing with the company I can finally and happily report they let me out of my contract and will not be doing business with Budget Brothers Termite & Pest Elimination, and I recommend you do the same! RIP Greenway, sad to see your quality service get exterminated.

Extremely hard to connect with on the phone, wait times are long, and constant miscommunication from technicians and dispatch. Not satisfied and dropped their services for a much better competitor.

I was skeptical of pest control before and I was out of my comfort zone subscribing to one but I will say I am impressed and very pleased by the service provided. Whether it was the resilient ants, spiders, roaches under the shed, cobwebs, or other annoying flying bugs, they're all gone. Every tech has been professional, respectful and courteous. Thank you guys so much!

Greenway has always been great, the whole time I have been with them. Always very helpful and knowledgeable, the tech that arrives will walk you throw everything and answer any questions you may have. William was my tech today and he was great, Brad has been my tech in the past as well, both very friendly.

Today my technician was Brandon and he was absolutely wonderful! He knocked on the front door to let me know he was going to be on the property and if we had any issues. He was knowledgeable and answered my questions. Brandon was very friendly and helpful with our service today! I'd definitely recommend them!
