Josh handled the claim for a roof repair and internal ceiling damage - rain had penetrated and damaged the roof felt and batons because roof tiles had slipped and cracked because of high winds, also resulting in internal ceiling damage. Josh collated all the information quickly and communicated the progress clearly and efficiently. His manner was very pleasant and helpful and he was easy to contact. A very good insurance broker to deal with they listen to you and understand your needs rather than trying to sell you an expensive product you don’t need. They are extremely competitive with their pricing and always give you options. Only been with them for a few years m, really wish I had found them earlier. Would recommend them to anyone.
