Efficient, helpful, reasonably priced and I am delighted with the results. Team went the extra mile in the day, professional yet personable. The office team dealt with all the admin which is handy as we are in conservation area so they without any effort from me dealt with relevant permissions etc. 3rd or 4th time using grafting gardeners and they never disappoint. They also made a big effort to help out our local adventure playground, giving their labour and materials for free. Great job - and thanks

Happy customer
Liam and his team were brilliant. They had to cut back (prune) a large fig tree in my neighbours garden that had grown so large it was impacting my side and a further neighbour. I arranged everything with headoffice where the communication was polite and efficient.
Liam and his team cleaned up everything and the result is amazing.
Thank you to Graftin Gardners
Great work. Arrived on time, did not lose one minute and carried a great work. The hedge was massive but nothing could stop them.
Highly recommended

Garden trees and shrubs maintenance
Very good experience-the team especially Harry went all the way - value added -to do the job ! Really helpful and talked us through exactly what we wanted as he carried out the works . The clearing away could have been a tad more efficient as some of the debris leaves etc was left .
Overall very good experience and would recommend.
Lovely guys !

I recently had three tree surgeons from GraftinGardeners come to pollard my tree, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. They were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced in their work. They took the time to explain what they were doing and answered all my questions with confidence and expertise.
The team worked efficiently, carried out the job to a very high standard, and left everything incredibly tidy afterwards. Their attention to detail and respect for my property were outstanding. The tree looks fantastic, and I was impressed by how smoothly the whole process was handled.

Good Morning Erin. We just spotted your new review and wanted to say a massive thank you!
It’s brilliant to hear you were so happy with the recent pollarding of your London plane tree. The team always makes a point of chatting through the process, so you know exactly what’s going on. It's great to know they answered all your questions and put your mind at ease.
We really appreciate the 5 stars and the kind words. As we mentioned in previous correspondence, once a tree has been pollarded, it's important to re-pollard it every 3-5 years, so whenever you wish to book that in, please get in touch.

Good Morning Fahad.
Thank you for the 5-star rating, the photo, the review and for sticking with GraftinGardeners over the last few years! It means so much to us all to hear you're happy with the service you received on your various projects, especially the most recent crown reduction at your new property in South West London.
This one was a little tricky, as we had to try to rectify some, shall we say, less-than-professional pruning performed by the "tree surgeons" the previous owners hired, but we did our very best to rebalance the crown and begin the restoration process.
Providing top-quality tree surgery at a competitive price is exactly what we aim for, so it's brilliant to know we're still consistently ticking those boxes for you. We also really appreciate the solid recommendation.
We suggest leaving your tree to recover for at least a couple of years before it is pruned again, but when that time comes, or if you require any further tree surgery at any of your other properties, please feel free to get in touch.
Kindest regards, the GraftinGardeners team.

Excellent work
Bruce was excellent 👌🏽 gave some great advice and helped with reducing and shaping some trees. One was in a particularly difficult position by a fence, but he managed very well. Tidied up very well afterwards as well. Many thanks !
