It’s brilliant to hear you were so happy with the recent pollarding of your London plane tree. The team always makes a point of chatting through the process, so you know exactly what’s going on. It's great to know they answered all your questions and put your mind at ease.

We really appreciate the 5 stars and the kind words. As we mentioned in previous correspondence, once a tree has been pollarded, it's important to re-pollard it every 3-5 years, so whenever you wish to book that in, please get in touch.

This one was a little tricky, as we had to try to rectify some, shall we say, less-than-professional pruning performed by the "tree surgeons" the previous owners hired, but we did our very best to rebalance the crown and begin the restoration process.

Providing top-quality tree surgery at a competitive price is exactly what we aim for, so it's brilliant to know we're still consistently ticking those boxes for you. We also really appreciate the solid recommendation.

We suggest leaving your tree to recover for at least a couple of years before it is pruned again, but when that time comes, or if you require any further tree surgery at any of your other properties, please feel free to get in touch.
