It is brilliant to hear the team made removing those two Cypress trees such a breeze. Sorting out the borough permissions can be a bit of a faff, so taking that hassle off your hands is exactly what we are here for. I'll be sure to pass your amazing feedback straight on to the team involved with your tree removal project.

It’s brilliant to hear you were so happy with the recent pollarding of your London plane tree. The team always makes a point of chatting through the process, so you know exactly what’s going on. It's great to know they answered all your questions and put your mind at ease.

We really appreciate the 5 stars and the kind words. As we mentioned in previous correspondence, once a tree has been pollarded, it's important to re-pollard it every 3-5 years, so whenever you wish to book that in, please get in touch.

Kindest regards, the GraftinGardeners team.

Good Morning Fahad.

Thank you for the 5-star rating, the photo, the review and for sticking with GraftinGardeners over the last few years! It means so much to us all to hear you're happy with the service you received on your various projects, especially the most recent crown reduction at your new property in South West London.

This one was a little tricky, as we had to try to rectify some, shall we say, less-than-professional pruning performed by the "tree surgeons" the previous owners hired, but we did our very best to rebalance the crown and begin the restoration process.

Providing top-quality tree surgery at a competitive price is exactly what we aim for, so it's brilliant to know we're still consistently ticking those boxes for you. We also really appreciate the solid recommendation.

We suggest leaving your tree to recover for at least a couple of years before it is pruned again, but when that time comes, or if you require any further tree surgery at any of your other properties, please feel free to get in touch.

Kindest regards, the GraftinGardeners team.

Good Morning Mike. Thanks so much for the 5 stars!

A massive thank you for the 5 stars. It's completely understandable to be particular about how your trees are looked after, so we're absolutely thrilled to hear Aaron and his colleagues delivered exactly what you were hoping for. Getting a reduction right takes a proper eye for detail to ensure the canopy stays healthy and neat, and going by the fantastic photo you added, the lads have done a spot-on job. It’s brilliant to know their knowledgeable approach and careful work left you feeling in safe hands.

We really appreciate the strong recommendation. Whenever your trees are ready for their next bit of maintenance, just give us a shout!
