Got a rental with a driver for my wedding baraat. The guy showed up on time and was professionally dressed, and did a great job
There was some hiccups with the rental, as we had rented a very specific car, and it turns out that the company sold that car away. But they were able to get a new car that was the same (red Porsche 911 convertible) so I suppose that is ok
The only bit of feedback I have is that I wish that they had been communicative about selling the car that I had reserved for the rental. I spoke with Rob on the phone and he told me that if he did not get the same kind of car we rented he would put us into a same/better vehicle, which I appreciated, but I had to be the one to call Gotham several times to confirm.
I feel they should have reached out to me first by email or phone to let me know that there was a change up from the car I had reserved, as it caused me and my (now) wife extra stress regarding our wedding day
At the end of the day everything worked out and I had a great experience.
Super straightforward and helpful. They share the same passion for these cars that I (and I would assume most other customers) do, and are just an overall pleasure to work with.
Never rented from you, but I do love spaghetti. Also don't like it when the internet bullies people unfairly
