12/11/25 - Got Bugs is very thorough and although my townhouse is only ten feet away from a heavily wooded area, the chemicals they use completely stop all the bugs. Chris is awesome - a great asset to your company!

STOP CALLING!!! 11/20
I contacted Got Bugs for a quote, and even after I showed disinterest, the representative kept asking questions and pushing me to switch. I’ve already stopped the texts, yet I still get frequent calls. Very frustrating experience.

They are cheaters . They called me offering a one time free service. I agreed to it then when I cancelled , they charged me for the free service as well once I cancelled .
Stay away . It’s a trap !

Don’t get tempted by their free one-month offer. They quietly add charges to the following bills, and you’ll be shocked when you try to cancel. It feels like they’re misleading customers — so be careful.
