Brilliant experience with Matty for my 2 eldest’s first surfing experience (kids aged 6 & 8). Matty was so patient, taught them ocean safety first up, then some skills and language/sign language on land, followed by lots of fun in the waves. There were lots of delighted happy screams especially from our 6 year old having a blast! Despite the somewhat cool breeze and larger waves early in the morning Matty kept the session super fun, celebrating each little win for the children. Would definitely recommend and will be hack next time we are lucky enough to visit Perth!

I had my second surf lesson with GoSurf and it was so much fun! I was lucky to have the owner Tom as a coach, and I feel super grateful for how much he helped me and the group I was in. He is super knowledgeable and really takes his time to teach you individually, and correct mistakes or if you need to make different adjustments for a better outcome. I’ve learned sooo much already! And I can’t recommend GoSurf enough! All the coaches are super friendly and they make you feel Incredibly safe, always checking in and making sure everyone is okay. I’ve already booked another 5 lessons, and I can’t wait!

Excellent experience getting surfing lessons these last couple weeks. Even at 55 years old there is still time! Tom, Lucy and Kalani at GoSurf do an amazing job teaching and making it fun. I highly recommend these guys.

My kids had such a great time at their surf lesson today! Matty and Kalani were great coaches, patient and encouraging, and made the whole experience really fun. They had our kids feeling confident and catching waves in no time. The kids came out of the water absolutely buzzing and loved every minute of it! Thanks Matty and Kalani for such a great experience. I really enjoyed my surf lessons with Matty. He helped me build my confidence and develop a decent level of competence on a surfboard. Tom and the entire team at Go Surf Perth were awesome! It was my first time surfing in Perth, and they were fantastic teachers. I’ve surfed before, but I still found the Tom’s advice, tips and tricks really valuable and learned a lot from the lesson. The price was super affordable, I felt super comfortable in the water, and I was amazed by how much I progressed in just one lesson. Highly recommend Go Surf Perth to anyone looking to learn or improve their surfing!
