I was recommended to Jacob as I was suffering from severe back muscular pain that had me unable to drive and needing a walking stick. My GP prescribed codeine and rest!
Jacobs brilliant treatment ( ongoing) had me back up walking normally and able to move freely so quickly. It has been worth every penny.

I have been having regular chiropractic care for many years as I have chronic spinal and postural issues, due to a life of a heavy physical career in Nursing and active sporting interests which has resulted in osteoarthritis. Jacob’s care since I joined his practice, has been fantastic. He keeps me moving. I love walking my dog, and gardening and my regular maintenance treatments keep my aches and pains under control. Highly recommend Jacob @ Gosforth Family Chiropractor, I choose Jacob as he came highly recommended, and had fantastic reviews. I was suffering with kneck and back pain after a car crash I also had a few other ailments. After a course of treatment the results are amazing. Jacob and his lovely receptionist make you so welcome and at ease. They are situated at Dobson house Regent centre. Plenty of parking.
Has been super helpful and genuinely made such a difference to how i feel, even down to the mood and sleep patterns, everybody is really nice and it’s such a welcoming atmosphere, a great chat and an even greater spine!
Travelled over an hour to see Jacob and try and relive some of the pain I was in. After the first session the pain had dramatically reduced. Ive had 2 adjustments and feel great.
He has even recommended me a chiropractor closer to home to avoid all my traveling. Not many would do that.

What can I say, Jacob is amazing, I wish I had started this journey sooner 🤩
I’ve suffered lower back pain for 4 years now and as I have got older the band of pain around my lower back was constant. My first visit Jacob done a full assessment, discussed everything that was wrong and assured me he would make it better. I had my first alignment there and then and I can honestly say I walked out feeling taller, my posture felt great and best of all the band of pain had gone 😳, to say I was amazed was an understatement. I’ve been on a program and it’s the best my back has ever been and that awful band of pain has never returned. I’m so pleased I have started this journey and I will continue as I am consistently feeling the benefits all the time. If your are considering going to a chiropractor just do it, it doesn’t hurt and you will feel relief immediately, but don’t just go to anyone, go to Jacob, he is the best and very knowledgeable. I’m going through the menopause and he told me to start taking electrolytes which will help with brain fog, boy was he right, I’ve never felt better. I came to see Jacob a few months ago as I had been experiencing ongoing tightness in my neck and trap area for 2 years. I had tried physio and doing exercises to try to relieve it but it never would stop the tightness from returning. When I had my initial consultation with Jacob he found I was out of line in various areas of my body. Over the months Jacob has worked on these areas and it has now resolved the tightness I was getting multiple times a week that caused headaches and impacted on my sleep and daily life.
