I stopped in the West Village location this weekend to make my first Gorjana purchase. I wanted a necklace for my birthday and a Miss Kate assisted me in finding the right necklace and length as I am very tall, etc. I found one that I absolutely love and she was very sweet and helpful. Highly recommend!
Isabella helped me when I came running in for an emergency. I forgot my earrings at home and was in a bind. Luckily, Gorjana was right around the corner. Lovely spot! My only recommendation would be that I wish they offered a couple more options in silver only due to the fact that I personally wear silver more often than not.
I bought a necklace here yesterday and when I got home I saw it was broken. Couldn’t even clasp it any way. So I traveled 35 min from my apt today to go back to the store to get it fixed. When I got there there was a sign on the door that said they were closed at 5:30 pm even tho I checked google maps. They told me to go to the nearest one which is a mile away. There is no convenient train so I had to walk it. Absolutely terrible customer service will never come back
I went in to get jewelry for my wedding and the sales associates Kate and Amelia were beyond helpful. They provided excellent recommendations and made it feel like I was shopping with my best friends. Highway recommend this location to shop!
Sales associate signed me up for marketing emails without my permission while I was checking out. Completely unacceptable behavior.
Went in here today and spoke to the lovely Kersey who was so lovely and accommodating! Would go back solely based on the gorgeous encounter and positive customer service experience. She is an incredibly valuable employee!!!
I was planning to purchase a necklace for my vacation. However, there were many staff in the store but no one even greeted me when I walked in and no one attended me during the whole time I spent in the store. But there was another customer came in and they immediately greeted her and tried to help. No one would love to be ignored so obviously.
Wow was the staff at this store beyond lovely! We came in to find some jewelry for my wedding day and the ladies who assisted us were so attentive and beyond fun! Felt like I was shopping with my closest friends! And they knew there stuff! I learned so much about the line, I wish these ladies were always my sales associates. In a time when good customer service has been difficult to find this store blew me away, thank you!
I live in the neighborhood and love stopping by here to check out what they have. All the girls who work here are so nice and I love getting last minute presents here! Marina helps me all the time, she’s so sweet and helped me pick out presents and is always so creative!
I LOVE gorjana and have been a faithful customer since going to the original location in laguna beach and receiving excellent help from the girls there. however, i went to the WV location and had a terrible experience. all 3 of the employees working ignored my girlfriend and i completely and we were obviously wanting to purchase a few items and they never offered to help or get anything for us. we were the only 2 customers at the time and they were gossiping across the store and on their phones instead of asking us what we wanted to buy. so rude. ALSO we had purchased an online order and it looked different from online so we asked if they could double check and they told us “no youre wrong” and offered absolutely no help. this is not okay. they need to be trained on how to provide even the bare minimum of customer service to paying customers.
