Myself and my wife ventured into their office located in Norbury and was greeted by Poonam. The service I received from Philip Regan was truly exceptional. I contacted him regarding a difficult equity release mortgage, which two mortgage brokers had been unable to complete over a period of ten months. This was my first time using Gordon Blair Mortgages and Vincent Corcoran was great. He took the time to understand our circumstances before suggesting a few products that would meet our needs. I used Gordan Blair for my first mortgage few years back and was very impressed with their service. Magda was prompt with responses and always kept on top of the whole process.
Now that that mortgage deal was up this month,I spoke to Magda and again she found me a better deal and was very helpful and efficient throughout the whole process of changing providers. She did most the legwork which took the stress away from us. I highly recommend them for any mortgage / remortgage service. I will use them again !
