We came to Adam and the SHEPPiD team with a product idea but very little experience in design and manufacturing. Ours was a smaller project, but because it was health-related Adam and his team took it on with incredible enthusiasm. The co-design process was extremely thorough with a remarkable effort to deeply understand and incorporate the end-user needs. Adam was an incredible person to work with- always available, highly diligent, and a truly innovative thinker. We are incredibly grateful for the immense expertise and compassionate spirit we experienced at SHEPPiD. If you are looking for an industrial design partner who will truly collaborate with you from concept to execution, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I worked with the team from SHEPPiD on the industrial design of a large form-factor analytical instrument. Being that this was a 'first of its kind' integrated system for our branch of science, the SHEPPiD team flexed their creative muscles and helped us produce a physically attractive design with a thoroughly game-changing user experience. Beyond design, SHEPPiD was able to facilitate rapid prototyping of our enclosures and has supported our small volume production needs through their network of trusted and high quality suppliers. It was a pleasure working with Adam and the team, and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

I initially chose SHEPPiD based on the strength of industrial design sketches provided by Adam for an exciting new benchtop analytical instrument being developed at SCIEX. During the implementation project their collaborative approach was outstanding and we were very pleased with the design outcomes. So much so that we decided to work with SHEPPiD as our design partner to further develop and extend the design language into our future products. SHEPPiD can transform ideas and early concepts into visually pleasing and captivating designs that are impactful, elegant, and distinct. The Triple Quad 7500 System is a great expression of the aesthetic created for us. In addition to this, they have deep engineering capability and were actively engaged with me and our product development team throughout the entire product development process.
