This course over prepares you to be able to pass which is absolutely a good thing! I passed my exam on my first attempt. Lucy is great as well. She was very helpful and always answered her phone any time I had a question. Being out of school for 26 years and starting a course for a real estate license is not easy but being able to take it at my own pace was great! Definitely glad I chose her school!

I am currently taking the course and I find it very informative and I like the different techniques i.e. video, flash cards and other medium used to convey the information. I am looking forward to completing the course.

I am very Happy with the course, passed the first time. There is a lot of information and would suggest studying 4-5 terms new daily and incorporating into your conversations or at least define to disinterested people things you are learning. The more you study and use the knowledge and then test — the better chance you have. After passing the course there is an additional prep course—. It is fantastic and if you do what it says again. You should be just fine. Oh and by the way I was working 2 jobs and doing this , so just take it serious and good luck

The material was easy to follow and the way the course is designed, I was able to easily retain everything. The test prep was great and had me ready! I passed my national and state exam the first time! I would highly recommend this course to anyone getting into Real Estate.

I would highly recommend Century School for your prelicensing education. The course was very informative and is set up for you to be successful at passing the exam, while also being user friendly. Support is quick to respond when you need them (I had no technical issues, only reached out with questions). I will use Century for all of my post-licensing and CE!

I started the online course in December 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic was in full swing. My full-time job called mandatory overtime every week because so many people were out sick, so I wasn't able to study as much as I wanted and needed to. Lucy was an amazing support for me. Her knowledge, guidance and patience are only a few things that make her a great instructor, and person in general. I highly recommend Century Real Estate School to anyone looking to get into the business. If you're hesitant to take the leap into something new, know that this company will grab your hand and guide you in the right direction.

I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is looking. I’ve not been in school in 25 or so years and I am most def not a self learner, but the format of the online course worked well for me. I was able to finish the course successfully in approximately 3 months

My Wife Ashli Wells and I started the online classes in 2019. I was juggling few jobs at the time. And she stays on here laptop all the time, so she finished her course in less than 6 months. She is doing great and I can’t wait to team up with her. I wasn’t able to finish at that time. But I was determined to refocus and get my license too. I started my 2nd journey May 2021 and finished 22222! Lol. Ms. Lucy Brooks and her team are truly dedicated to help you along this journey and I am quite thankful we chose Century21. Lucy and her team goes over and beyond in helping you reach your real estate goals. She supplies ample amount of resources and support in ensuring you pass. She even has a excellent course just on math. Those of us a little math challenge this program will help you out greatly. She provides the materials you, have to put in the discipline and willingness to study. With confidence I was able to pass all required tests and with ease. Lucy is very easy to get a hold of.
