The rate was just right for her skills and the quality of her work. I even pricked my acne that morning and was so worried I’d ruin her makeup, but it was pure magic, you couldn’t even tell! I asked if I’d need a retouch later in the day, and she confidently said no, and she was right! My makeup stayed flawless from 11 AM to 8 PM without any retouch.
