I was very pleased with their work. The quote was reasonable and listed all the work to be done, so there were no unhappy surprises. The men worked quickly, but thoroughly, and they carefully cleaned up my yard after the job was done.

Really exceptional work! They gave us a great price and were quick and efficient with getting the work done. Most of all, Travis was very knowledgeable and willing to talk through all the options with us. NC Trees will be our go to from now on for any work we need done! Can’t recommend them enough.

The team that performed the work, the removal of a mature Bradford Pear tree with stump grinding and selective trimming of two oak trees, was EXTREMELY professional. They worked quickly and efficiently, using top notch equipment, and completed the job in half the time expected. They left the yard clean as a whistle. I highly recommend them.

Wow! Another excellent experience! Fair pricing, punctual, neat & so professional. When hired I a certified Arborist to remove two trees, I asked him to ALSO walk my property & INSPECT the trees around my home. I was surprised to learn that one of my very large trees that looked good to my untrained eyes was in danger of falling. SO GLAD Travis, a certified arborist, educated me and explained that what I thought was a healthy tree was actually a dying tree. I agreed to also have it removed—better now than having it damage my home &/or cars or my neighbor’s! Upon its removal , I could completely see the rotted interior. Had a big wind storm passed (& we’ve had MANY!) that tree was going to fall. That was four years ago. TODAY the crew was back to remove another problem tree. Excellent experience again. Travis’s estimate was best one. Beware: another tree company—NOTa certified arborist—gave me the same exact price EXCEPT they suggested dragging my tree remains into my yard by the woods behind my home to “save me money.” Beware. Not all tree companies are the same! Travis also removed a second tree, completely covered in ivy, pretty much hidden by the one he’d just removed AND COMPLETELY ROTTED INSIDE! Hard to tell just looking at it. Travis saw that it was rotted. It was on my neighbor’s property. They were unaware of it being rotted & agreed to its removal. Grateful! THIS is WHY I hire a certified arborist. These guys are knowledgeable. In fact, their knowledge saves me both money & aggravation in the long run! And, they are very fairly priced. 5⭐️

Travis and his crew were on time, thorough, polite, and cleaned up everything afterwards. They removed two large trees plus ground the stumps and surface roots all in a very tight area. Very competitively priced as well. My next door neighbors are already having them back to do some work for them. Great job - highly recommend.

Travis and his crew did an amazing job! Incredible price for the work they did removing 14 trees from our property. It was a tight space and they expertly cut them down without any damage to our house or others. Would recommend this crew to anyone looking to have their trees removed.

Wind brought a small forest down on our deck and home. Travis and friends relocated the woods for us in what seems like an act of sorcery. They're great to work with. I'd not recommend needing them, but when you do, they're your go to.

A huge shout out to Travis and his team from NC Trees and More! We really needed some of our trees removed and trimmed. Travis came out and assessed our property, telling us what we could do to make the trees safer and what would help us in the long run. There was no upselling or add-ons, just a really reasonable price. He and his team arrived promptly and finished the job in 2 days. Watching them take down some 80+ foot tall pine trees was amazing. Precision and professionalism throughout. Cleaned up our property and even fixed our janky fence gate. Huge thanks Travis, and to Tim and Patrick! Lee & Kat

We had a large crepe myrtle that had become a real problem. It was growing over the house, crowding the AC unit, and hovering over the deck. It was constantly filling the gutters, and the branches had become a squirrel highway straight to our roof. They had actually chewed a hole and were getting into the attic. The work area was tight with a garden and trampoline nearby, so it wasn't a simple job. Travis, the owner, climbed the tree and carefully took down each limb before cutting the trunk. The precision and care were impressive, especially given how close everything was. As a certified arborist, he really knows his stuff. He also took the time to walk the yard with us and give solid, knowledgeable advice on a few other trees we had concerns about, which we really appreciated. On top of our tree, he also removed two of our neighbor's trees the same day. After stump grinding, they cleaned everything up, leveled the ground, and left the yard looking great. To top it all off, he turned a section of the trunk we wanted to keep into a nice bench seat for the kids to use around the firepit. Travis is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous. Highly recommend them!

I’ve used NC Trees and More twice. They took down a tree leaning over my house at the first visit. The second time they cleared shrubbery and took down a tree that was dying and would have fallen on my neighbors house. Both times there was a climber and no huge crane tearing up my yard. I am so lucky to have a property with older trees and this is who you should hire if you want to have a professional opinion who will help keep your trees healthy.

Wow! Very fast, painless, reasonably priced service! We had 4 estimates, and half of the folks who came said they were insured and turns out, they were not!! Travis came to our house and we could immediately tell that the man loves trees! He was knowledgeable, offered many suggestions, provided options... very pleased with what he was saying. Next test the price was right in the middle of the others, the final test was the deep dive and insurance check.... this is where the others failed. NC Trees passed all the tests! On production day we were nervous that the machines were going to eat up our yard. We were pleased that the crew was so respectful of our property and even the street! They put protective gear down to prevent damage. They were even nice to our neighbors! Making sure that their garbage got picked up by the town, since it was garbage day! Very nice service, I would hire them to work for my own mother! Thanks Guys!

What a great company! Professional, courteous, and clearly a customer-focused company with a great love of the environment and our trees. Travis was patient when walking my property to check on each tree and talked me out of work that didn’t need to be done. I call that integrity with a big I and it will keep me coming back to this team for keeping my trees healthy!!
