Juan and his team are amazing trainers. My dog Bear was uncontrollable before sending him to the Doggo team. I missed him so much but it was totally worth it. He came back to me as a totally different dog(night and day). While walking him now, people comment about how well behaved he is. Kudos to DOGGO!

Juan and his team far exceeded our expectations. With a growing family we wanted to ensure the safety and happiness of everyone including our Luna. Luna had been showing signs of resource guarding and was becoming a bit anxious with many changes in the home but after the 8 week training program at The Doggo she’s a completely different dog for the better. Luna is no longer resource guarding, is not reactive on her walks, and overall is much more relaxed and happy. We’re extremely thankful for Juan and the team. My husband and I were at our breaking point with our rescue dog Joey, before we discovered The Doggo. His aggression made it impossible for us to have friends around, he pulled and lunged on walks and even bit my husband and I multiple times.
We reached out to The Doggo and were skeptical he could really change. After 8 weeks, we can confidently say Joey is a new dog. He’s so much calmer and happier now. He loves being pet and cuddled and rarely growls. He is a very obedient walker and actually listens to us now!

I can’t say enough good things about The DOGGO USA and their 8-week obedience program! The difference in my dog Asta is like night and day. From the very first day back, I noticed huge improvements—he walks on leash so much better, his recall is excellent, and he listens to my commands the first time I give them.

Before taking our dog (6yo doberman) to Juan’s, he was an absolute nightmare. He was incredibly reactive on walks, and super anxious at home, howling and barking for hours & our neighbors were complaining. After the 8 week program, he’s basically a different dog & much less anxious. Juan was incredibly accommodating & helped us learn how to correct him at home & he’s been amazing! I sent my Australian Cattle dog to Doggo for 5 weeks and was really really happy with the results. He came back following basic commands, walking A LOT better on the leash and just is an all round more responsive dog. He also seemed to enjoy his time there, liked his trainer and is a lot more confident than before.
Juan has been amazing throughout, very responsive and helpful and runs a professional and caring business.
The one recommendation I do have is: keep up the training when they return home. I dropped the ball a little bit and some bad habits came back but I was able to call Juan for advice.
I will be sending my dog back whenever I go on vacation instead of boarding because I am so happy with the results.

I can’t begin to describe the difference I see in my puppy Beaux after the 5 Week Off Leash Training course!!! He is a completely different dog. He is so well behaved on walks, he walks through the grocery store with ease, he longer looses his mind when he sees other dogs on walks. Juan and Dom are the absolute best! They give you weekly report cards with videos showing the dogs progress, videos of your dog playing with other dogs, Juan was always one phone call away to answer any questions I had. 5 Stars - Couldn’t Be Happier with Our Experience!
We cannot say enough good things about The Doggo Training Center and Juan and his incredible team. Our 4-year-old Henry (a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, German Shepherd, Boxer, and American Staffordshire mix) is full of energy and has struggled with anxiety for most of his life. At times, this led to aggressive behavior. Before finding Doggo, we had tried multiple training programs—including a 5-week board and train that cost more and produced nowhere near the results we were hoping for. Nothing seemed to stick, and at one point, even a vet told us that with some dogs, there might just be nothing you can do.
Then we found Juan and The Doggo Training Center. Henry completed an 8-week board and train with Juan, and the results have been truly life-changing. While Henry’s high energy will always be part of who he is, his behavior, especially on walks, has improved dramatically. Juan laid a solid foundation that has made ongoing training so much more effective—and it’s clear that the investment we made was worth every single penny. Honestly, we just wish we had found The Doggo first instead of wasting time and money elsewhere.
Since graduating at the end of 2024, we’ve also boarded Henry several times at Doggo, and every time he comes back happy, healthy, and better than ever. Just today, Juan shared that he has used Henry as an example to help socialize other reactive dogs—something that would have been absolutely unimaginable before his training. We are beyond proud of how far Henry has come!
Of course, maintaining his progress requires ongoing effort, but the groundwork that Juan and his team laid has been transformational. We feel incredibly lucky to have found Doggo and look forward to working with Juan for as long as we’re lucky enough to have our handsome Henry Boy.

I did the three-week board and train program at Doggo USA, and I have pretty mixed feelings about the experience. On the positive side, my dog did pick up a few helpful skills — especially better leash manners — and the trainers themselves were friendly and seemed to genuinely care about the dogs. They also provided tools and guidance for continuing the training at home, which I’ve been using with varying levels of success.
However, there were several disappointing parts. While he was there, my dog got very sick and was later diagnosed by my vet with kennel cough. It took weeks for him to recover, and it was tough watching him go through that. When I contacted Doggo USA, they said no other dogs were sick at the time, but the situation still left me uneasy.
Some of the core issues I wanted addressed — like potty training and jumping — didn’t show much improvement, even after three weeks. I’ve been trying to reinforce the training at home, but it feels like it didn’t stick as much as I’d hoped. Also, I was supposed to receive a two-week follow-up call to check in on how things were going, and that never happened. That kind of follow-up would’ve made me feel more supported and like they were invested in my dog’s long-term success.
All in all, I’m grateful for the progress we did make, but considering the price I paid, I don’t feel like I got the full value I expected. I’d rate this experience somewhere between 3 and 4 stars — leaning closer to 3.

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that parts of your experience didn’t meet your expectations. Regarding Euwin’s illness, we understand how difficult it must have been to see him unwell. Please know that during his stay with us, our team observed no symptoms of kennel cough, such as nasal discharge, eye discharge, vomiting or fever and Euwin remained happy, playful, and energetic throughout his training. We monitor every dog closely for health concerns, and take any potential issues seriously.
As for the training results, while behaviors improve significantly during the board and train program, they all require ongoing reinforcement in the home environment, especially in regards to potty training for a 4 month old puppy like Euwin. We’re more than happy to continue supporting you with these goals.
We’d also like to gently clarify that follow-up sessions are scheduled by the client at their convenience. We don’t automatically reach out for check-ins, but we are always available for ongoing support. In fact, we did reach out to offer a follow-up session after reading your review, but unfortunately didn’t receive a response to schedule one. That offer still stands, and we’d love the opportunity to connect and assist however we can.
