Juan, Esteban, and Dom from The Doggo USA have all been so helpful in training our dog, Iggy. We enrolled her in the 5-week program. Initially, we emphasized that our main concerns were her reactivity to other dogs during walks and her inability to remain calm in her crate. Juan reassured us they could assist with these issues. During her 5-week program, we received a brief summary report and a video from Juan every Monday to update us on Iggy’s progress. On the day we picked her back up, Esteban taught us how to maintain her training and answered all our additional questions. Even after picking Iggy up, The Doggo remains available to answer any follow-up questions we have. At home, we were ecstatic that Iggy now followed commands and went into her crate and playpen with no issues -- she also miraculously started using her Porch Potty in her playpen, which she didn’t know how to do before the training. Thanks to Juan and his team, we now feel more confident about her reactivity to other dogs on walks because we have the tools and protocols to continue her training at home. Great experience overall, would definitely recommend!

I 100% recommend Doggo USA. We took our pug Luna to training specifically because she kept trying to attack our senior pug we have at home. It was getting so bad that we couldn’t even get a full night’s sleep because we were constantly worried about Luna’s aggression since she would try to attack our senior pug in the middle of the night while we slept. We live in a studio, so physical separation was incredibly difficult. We tried at-home training and vet visits, and nothing seemed to work. Ever since we’ve gotten home, Luna has gotten so much better thanks to the trainers at Doggo USA. We’re actually able to sleep now and have our home be peaceful. Most importantly, our senior pug Ursula is safe, and we’re so grateful for the help we received! We love seeing our pugs get along and cuddle together.

I was so nervous leaving my baby for 8 weeks, but wow, seeing my boy come home not only with so much confidence and so well behaved, but also seeing how much he loved the trainers and the other dogs was truly special. We waited a few weeks before writing this review so we could see how Soba adjusted after coming home from training. She’s settled back into our household beautifully, and her training has been going incredibly well. We practice her commands every day, and she’s noticeably calmer, more responsive, and an absolute joy to take on walks. Overall, the time she spent away was well worth it. She came home with a solid foundation, and we’ve gained the knowledge and tools to continue reinforcing her training. We’ll definitely be sending her back for boarding and refresher training while we’re abroad later this year because we couldn’t trust Juan and his team more. Juan has also been excellent with communication, always taking the time to answer our questions and provide guidance. We highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for quality dog training.

We have a 1 year old blue heeler German shepherd mix named Panda, and did 8 weeks of training at The Doggo USA! We were so extremely impressed by the amount of obedience she learned, and is truly such a better dog after the training! During the training, we received weekly updates through the app, as well as videos on what they were working on every week! She was pulling on the leash and lunging at other dogs before, completely ignoring us with everything we asked her. We had done a Petco training before, and she would only listen to us with treats. Now she respects us, walks right next to us on the leash, and listens to everything we say! She really learned how to control her impulses and to stop jumping ! We can't thank you guys enough for your training and also help to understand how to keep up the training!!

I researched a million dog training services and I’m so glad I picked The Doggo USA. I followed their IG for a couple of months to get a feel of their style and had my interview with Juan who was so patient with me (I had a billion questions and was very anxious to leave my dog for 5 weeks). Juan, Pablo, Dom and Esteban are amazing! I could tell they love animals and are extremely caring and warm. When I dropped off my dog, she immediately melted into Pablo’s arms. Dom was very informative during the process and explained everything in such detail that I literally had no questions. There won’t be any surprises here. Juan was communicative, responded to my messages promptly and has been always very accommodating. When I checked out my dog, Esteban was the one who took the time to explain how to continue with the training at home and made sure I understood everything. He explained everything so well and gave me tips on all different scenarios. I’m currently writing this review as I’m enjoying my first meal without my dog barking at me for attention. I can’t thank Juan and their team enough for all the love and care that they have put into training the most important thing in my life.

Juan and his team at THE DOGGO are AMAZING! We brought our puppy for training soon after she came home with us. She is a beautiful black Labrador Retriever but early on she was quite hyper and pretty strong willed. We didn’t have the time to truly commit to her early training and we researched lots of options. After speaking with Juan, there was no question… we were completely convinced and enrolled her for training. She stayed with THE DOGGO for five weeks. Our family missed her like crazy but it was SO WORTH IT! Before training she was jumping on everything including kitchen counters and she rarely “came” when called. We felt frustrated and sad to have to gate her out of certain rooms or away from people who didn’t love being jumped all over. After spending five weeks at THE DOGGO, our baby girl listens and responds favorably to commands, she no longer jumps on the kitchen counters and she has free run of our house! Upon picking her up she was so well behaved and most importantly, she was happy! She had so much fun playing with the other dogs and being with Juan and his team. The video report cards were the highlights of each week for our family while she was “at school”. Everyone at THE DOGGO is loving and kind and fully committed to taking the best care of the dogs they work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! THE DOGGO is THE BEST!

Took out 2 Shih Tzu puppies for the 4 week training and it went so well. They are easy to walk and potty trained which was a definite struggle. They had a great time and do so well around other dogs. Worth every penny.

The DOGGO USA team has been a wonderful experience for my dog, Ringo and myself. Ringo completed their 8-week Board and Train program in December 2024, and the results have been truly impressive. The program focused on comprehensive obedience, off-leash reliability, recall, and behavioral modification, all through individualized and consistent training tailored to Ringo’s specific needs. Juan and the entire team are amazing—compassionate, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They took the time to understand Ringo and worked patiently to help him build confidence, improve behavior, and develop reliable obedience skills. I had an amazing experience with DOGGO and truly can’t recommend them enough. My Doberman puppy, Gunther, was having a serious issue at home — he refused to go up or down the stairs, which was becoming very stressful. Juan went all the way to my home to help, and within 10 minutes, Gunther was confidently going up and down the stairs. It was honestly fascinating to watch and incredibly impressive. Gunther is a high-energy Doberman, and Juan handled him with calm, confidence, and deep knowledge. His approach was patient, respectful, and extremely effective. This experience showed me that DOGGO is not just about basic training — they truly understand dog behavior. I felt supported, reassured, and amazed by the results. First off, we did EXTENSIVE research on finding the right board and train for our sweet but stubborn chow/lab mix Charlie. We were pretty nervous because of all the horror stories that are out there but we found The Doggo and it felt right. I was really impressed by the reviews of The Doggo, the cleanliness and beauty of the facility that I saw on our initial FaceTime, and the way Juan was quick to communicate, answer questions and never pressure us into signing up. Juan was GENEROUS and customized his training plan for us in a way that truly blew us away. Charlie has improved sooo much and we were thoroughly impressed with our overall experience with The Doggo. She was clean and happy when we picked her up, and (according to the weekly video updates) had a fabulous time with the other dogs. Even though the work continues with our angel Char, we are so incredibly grateful to Juan and his team and feel encouraged with their post-board and train support!

Juan and his team are amazing trainers. My dog Bear was uncontrollable before sending him to the Doggo team. I missed him so much but it was totally worth it. He came back to me as a totally different dog(night and day). While walking him now, people comment about how well behaved he is. Kudos to DOGGO!

I tried so many trainings with my 2.5 year old dog and nothing worked. I decided to take the risk with The Doggo and what an amazing turnout! My dog was there for 5 weeks and he came back a new pup! My dog would pull so hard on the leash and Juan and the team helped fixed that. I was embarrassed to take my dog in public and now I can finally take him places. I highly recommend The Doggo!

Juan and his team far exceeded our expectations. With a growing family we wanted to ensure the safety and happiness of everyone including our Luna. Luna had been showing signs of resource guarding and was becoming a bit anxious with many changes in the home but after the 8 week training program at The Doggo she’s a completely different dog for the better. Luna is no longer resource guarding, is not reactive on her walks, and overall is much more relaxed and happy. We’re extremely thankful for Juan and the team. Our family as a whole are so much happier and are so happy to see our Luna thriving.

My husband and I were at our breaking point with our rescue dog Joey, before we discovered The Doggo. His aggression made it impossible for us to have friends around, he pulled and lunged on walks and even bit my husband and I multiple times. We reached out to The Doggo and were skeptical he could really change. After 8 weeks, we can confidently say Joey is a new dog. He’s so much calmer and happier now. He loves being pet and cuddled and rarely growls. He is a very obedient walker and actually listens to us now! The 8 week program at the Doggo has changed our lives and we can’t wait to see how Joey continues to improve with our daily training. We loved to see how Joey loved his trainers and they gave him little nicknames so we know he snuck into their hearts too.
