We had a leak in the pipe for our water heater. We called it in on a Sunday evening and working a couple of hours, Efa had someone on their way. They fixed it and and things are back to normal. We really appreciate Efa’s quick response to this issue.

Goodlife has been managing my property for quite some time now. I wouldn't really consider anyone else, they truly maintain the condition of your home. Your tenants are taken care of and there's always someone available to assess their concerns as well as keeping me; the homeowner, in the loop. Zyra and all of the managers at Goodlife have been incredible to work with. The company as a whole understands how to balance the scale between tenant and homeowner. My home is a snapshot in time of where I raised my children and its been kept in that same condition while providing me comfort that other people get to enjoy that area.
