Joe- at the good feet store was excellent in showing me how the system works, honestly I was sold after i tried the first insert very good system I have a fused ankle so I would highly recommend checking them out!!

We stopped at the Good Feet Store in Rochester NY - to see if they could help my husband with some pain relief in his leg after prolonged sitting and walking. Joe, the manager, was so friendly and knowledgeable with helping us understand the different options that my husband would have. But stands out to me the most is the product actually speaks for itself. Especially after all of the information that Joe shared with us.
He made us feel like family. And no question was a dumb question. You rarely find customer service like this in today’s society. This experience was a breath of fresh air. And we are so happy that we made the decision to walk through the door.

Scam that cost me $1,500, stay far away.
At the recommendation of a family member who had no personal experience with these products and had only seen their barrage of commercials, I brought someone in to the Good Feet Store for help and paid $1,300 for pre-made inserts that the associates find a best fit for, plus another $200 for a foot massager. After a few weeks of usage, not only did the inserts make him be in even worse foot pain than when I brought him in, they were falling apart under regular usage, since there are silicon bits secured to the insert with what must be pitiful amounts of glue. I'd chalk it up to random chance if only one insert fell apart like this, but all of them did this in a narrow time frame. Would you pay $1,500 for something that was described as "engineered to last" that you needed to have replaced every month?
There's also a very strict no refunds policy, so I'm stuck with this worthless junk as a reminder of my stupidity for not doing proper research, or finding an actual degree-holding podiatrist that can identify underlying health issues that $1,500 inserts can't fix.

We did review the photo you shared, and it appears to show a cushion rather than one of our arch supports, but we still take your concerns seriously and want to look into this further.
Even though our policy does not generally allow refunds, situations involving product performance and fit are taken seriously. We encourage you to return to our store so the team can reassess the fit, inspect the condition of the inserts, and explore replacement or adjustment options. In many cases, discomfort can be improved with proper adjustments or a different support level.

Joe Taylor was very helpful and answered all my questions patiently. The arch supports provided, many years ago, by the Good Feet store in Henrietta (NY) have made a huge difference to my quality of life. Without these arch supports I would not have been as physically mobile and independent as I now am. Thank you!
