Benny and Richard were both great to deal with! Benny took the time to explain everything fully and it was good experience overall. I’ve had plantar issues and hoping these inserts will help long term. There was some sticker shock as it was way more expensive than I expected, but both employees were very helpful in helping me prioritize my purchase. You get what you pay for, so it makes sense if this does this trick for my plantar issues. Thank you!

I was amazed at the difference these orthotics make. I'm on day 6 of wearing them. The outside of my right knee had been sore for weeks and now that pain is gone. The soreness in my feet has already been drastically reduced.

I didn’t get past the first 5 minutes due to the salesperson, “Chris”. While completing my profile, he asked “are we still working?” 3 things wrong with that question: 1. Using “we” when asking about my employment is patronizing 2. Using “still” is ageist since I am 68 and 3. What does my employment status have to do with the purchase of orthotics? When I responded that using “we” in that manner is patronizing, he asked whether I was an English major or something. At that point I stood up and left. I would have liked to try their product but I will have to find another store to do that.
