I was amazed at the difference these orthotics make. I'm on day 6 of wearing them. The outside of my right knee had been sore for weeks and now that pain is gone. The soreness in my feet has already been drastically reduced.

I didn’t get past the first 5 minutes due to the salesperson, “Chris”. While completing my profile, he asked “are we still working?” 3 things wrong with that question: 1. Using “we” when asking about my employment is patronizing 2. Using “still” is ageist since I am 68 and 3. What does my employment status have to do with the purchase of orthotics? When I responded that using “we” in that manner is patronizing, he asked whether I was an English major or something. At that point I stood up and left. I would have liked to try their product but I will have to find another store to do that.

Aloha and good day. It’s been a few weeks now since visiting the store, and I would like to say a big THANK YOU. After years (a couple decades) of big toe calluses issues as well about five years of dealing with a callus on the bottom of my left foot stemming from improper shoe wearing as well many miles of walking and running 5k’s through the pain; boom kanani and bam. 4 weeks in and the toe calluses are getting smaller by the day. The callus on the bottom of my foot is too getting smaller and less painful. Total life changing experience it was to visit this store and get assistance and advice from Todd with store’s products. -living full time on an island in the middle of the pacific with no store close by. It was a treat to discover the store there in Camillus while on a vacation to see Syracuse and surrounding area. Staff hits all the marks in professionalism, courteousness, friendly and helpfulness. Again, thank you so much for guidance in helping me on the journey to a painless walking, running and overall full body wellness existence after decades of suppressing pain and feeling helpless in correcting issues. I have had the arches almost a week now, and I am not completely satisfied. They are hard to insert and not very comfortable when I walk on them. My legs feel tired after I walk with them in, and I now have a sharp pain in my right knee. I don't know if I want to keep them, but I don't know what the return policy is for them. I wish they had worked out better, considering what I paid for them.

Benny at the Camillus Ny store was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely professional. They’re arch support system showed an immediate improvement and relieved some of my pain. Worth every minute I spent. Their staff was well trained and the store was a welcoming environment. I was able to sample each support after being sized up for the correct supports. Walked out with lifetime support and 2 shopping bags of products. Great experience!
