When we arrived the two technicians were both helping clients. They were prompt to acknowledge our presence, and Alex got my husband started fairly right away, juggling us and his prior client in a courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, professional manner.

I went to the Manchester location and was helped by a gentleman named Alex.
Purpose for my visit having gout and finding walking very difficult for a number of years. I was tired of buying shoe after shoe to find they would just conform to my poor foot stability causing me to walk on the outer edge of one foot = a lot of pain, swollen foot and ankle, plus a walk that resembled Dr Frankenstein's assistant.
Alex took me through the process of what this store is about.....I was surprised it wasn't a shoe store. Within moments of using the insoles and Alex showing how much they really do stabilize your stance i was convinced this was more than likely what was not being corrected with fancy running shoes and insoles that target one area of the foot.
The price was a shock I will admit..... but years of misery walking on concert floors for 12 hours because I can't call out every time I've got pain in my foot (I'd have no job and no money) pushed me to try this route.
At the end of the first day with my insoles and new shoes I was walking normal, elevating pain from the side off my foot and from my very painful big toe swollen from gout.
I'm excited as I get further in using The Good Feet step system and walking normal with much less pain......I still can't run though 😅

I was just at The Good Feet store and Alex the customer service person was very helpful in every way possible. He made sure that I was very happy and went above and beyond to get the shoes I wanted. Excellent customer service!

So happy with Alex today! He did amazing with our special needs son today- really understood the uniqueness of our situation and was able to educate us on what’s going on with his feet in a way that we couldn’t have figured out without him. Really connected with my 18 year old and engaged him and helped him in a way that a lot of people can’t figure out how to do. Also, it’s a fantastic system that we are looking forward to implementing! Very happy we came in!

I am the perfect person who is an example of a life time warranty! I have been a customer for 3 years and have exchanged my inserts every 6 months and Coral and Nate are fantastic! Highly recommend them and the lifetime warranty
