I took my mother here for the pain in her feet. She has neuropathy and arthritis. She says it pains her just to walk daily. Andre was so helpful and explained the process in lament terms so we understood the process. By the end of the visit my mother was walking faster and her balance seemed to return. She was very excited about the purchase. Thanks

On Tuesday, 2nd December 2025, I attended an appointment at The Good Feet Store, Troy, Michigan; Eric Langolf was the fitter. Eric was professional and exhibited warm, comfortable courtesy. He was very knowledgeable about his craft and responded patiently and willingly to all of my questions. The fitting was even more than I expected and I did experience significant changes when I wore the inserts. Eric explained that to receive the maximum benefi, the entire system was necessary. That was my only deterrent. I thought that I could just purchase the relaxer and not the other two steps. The expetience was wonderful. Thank you Eric.

All the staff at the store are incredibly kind and welcoming. Eric helped me out and is extremely knowledgable. The staff were fun to talk to and made the experience overall very enjoyable. While I didn’t go through any purchases today, I definitely plan to be back when I am able to invest in my feet health. I felt a big difference in my walking and even just standing with the arch supports on vs. off. 10/10 everything, will be back in the future!
