Met with Matt today. He was very helpful and walked us through (🙂) the different inserts and options. I have a problem in my left foot with muscle cramps near my toes which is a near constant pain. I haven’t found any shoes or inserts that have worked for me. Matt had me try the inserts and there was immediate relief! My wife also noticed I was standing straighter and I could feel a difference in my lower back. I’m looking forward to see how these work as I adjust to them.

My sister and I stopped in and the salesman asked what we were needing. We both told him we were there to inquire about the price and information only on product. Instead he made us both three sets of insoles and was very pushy in his technique. When he finally got around to the price, an older couple who had just come in,turned and left after hearing the cost and us saying repeatedly that we could not afford the $3000.00 price. We attempted to leave and he became extremely rude and hateful towards us. Needless to say that even though I need the product, I will NEVER spend a single cent in that store.

I went in not expecting actual relief, but figured I’d maybe get some information. Well I was pleasantly surprised, huge shout out to Matt who is a great sales man and who IS actually knowledgeable plus truly great customer service. He was also very grounded and understanding even though I wasn’t able to get my support system today. However, I will be back to get it because I felt actual relief today in that short demonstration that I haven’t felt in months.

The Good Feet Store appearance- Clean, neat, organized, modern and spacious. Presentation- Admittedly, a little canned but effective. The foot imprinting was eye opening. The technician was very adept at demonstrating product. Product- The product is very unique. We have a whole drawer of unused “arch supports,” these are different. My wife benefited from them within minutes! Technician-(Matthew J.) Friendly, knowledgeable, patient beyond expectations! Very accommodating. My wife tried and retried several shoes, he never batted an eye. Price- They have several plans, we chose one that was a little pricey but it is HSA eligible. Overall- We would recommend The Good Feet Store. The appointment takes a long time (30+ minutes) but worth the time.
