This was our first trip to Innsbruck unfortunately the weather wasn't very good 😕 Just a cold and damp day. Our hotel was a 16 minute walk to the restaurant. We really wanted to have a traditional Austrian dinner. The Google reviews for this establishment were very good. So we decided to try it. We arrived at the restaurant and luckily we were seated upon arrival. Within 15 minutes it was full. The atmosphere was very nice. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent 👌. You can get a cheaper meal at a few other restaurants. But the food quality and service here are worth a few euros more.

Das Essen sowie der Service waren insgesamt sehr gut. Leider wurde der positive Eindruck jedoch stark überschattet, als vor Gästen beobachtet werden konnte, wie eine mitarbeitende Person von einer anderen lautstark und respektlos angeschrien wurde. Ein professioneller und wertschätzender Umgang innerhalb eines Teams sollte unabhängig von Fehlern oder stressigen Situationen selbstverständlich sein. Kritik kann und sollte sachlich, respektvoll und intern geklärt werden, ohne Mitarbeitende vor Gästen blosszustellen. Ein solches Verhalten vermittelt ein unangenehmes Arbeitsklima und hinterlässt auch bei Gästen einen sehr negativen Eindruck.

Mittagessen im Restaurant Goldener Adler....das Schmorgericht des Tages als Hauptgericht und vorab eine Suppe....das Essen war sehr, sehr gut 👍, der Service sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend ohne jedoch "aufdringlich" zu wirken. Definitiv eine sehr gute Adresse in Innsbruck!

Impeccabile Ristorante nel centro storico di Innsbruck, una chicca da non perdere. Il cibo è tipico austriaco, molto buono. Lo staff molto cortese e disponibile, prezzi adeguati anche per la posizione centrale. Assolutamente consigliato!

Bel endroit Bel établissement. Accueil courtois. Tables très confortables. Bonne cuisine traditionnelle. Les tarifs sont redoutables. Très bien placé au cœur D'insbruck.

Het viel enorm tegen Een mooi restaurant, met één erg aardige gastheer. We hadden het aspergemenu. De soep was prima, niet bijzonder maar prima. De ( harde) asperges was wat karig… het waren er 3! Mijn vis was koud, de bärlauch hollandaise saus was lauw. De aardappelen goed. Prijs 27 euro. Volgens de ober was de saus zo lauw omdat dat volgens de kok de bedoeling is……. Ik had de ober gevraagd een glaasje witte wijn erbij te schenken, was zéker niet speciaal en bij het afrekenen bleek dat dat bodempje 1/8 zeer duur was, 10,60 euro!!! Ongelofelijk! De getapte glazen bier waren FANTASTISCH! Vandaar 3 sterren.

Very good instalations. Location perfect near oldtown and the Nedkette visit. Personal very nice. Only thing is that as it does not have a parking area you need to carry your lugagge (50m not so far) and park in parking around 200m from the hotel.

Très bonne expérience au Restaurant Goldener Adler. Le cadre est chaleureux et plein de charme, idéal pour profiter d’un repas dans une ambiance typique. Le service est excellent : accueillant, attentionné et professionnel. Petit bémol sur l’un des plats qui était malheureusement beaucoup trop salé, ce qui a légèrement terni l’expérience. En revanche, le Kaiserschmarrn était excellent et constitue une très belle note finale au repas. Une bonne adresse malgré ce léger défaut.
