Worked with Matt and Jessica on a cross country move that was handled well. Communication was great, and there was much understanding about the needs of moving such a distance and being in a different time zone. There was one major hiccup at the closing of the loan, and still Matt handled it well, was communicative, and worked to help get the issue resolved quickly. Would 100% recommend.
