Our experience with GoDriver was fantastic from start to finish. Massi arranged a perfect 2-day itinerary for Istanbul and a private day trip to Pamukkale. Everything was well organized - airport transfers, guides, timing, and clear communication. He also arranged a birthday cake and flowers for my wife during the Bosphorus cruise, which was a very thoughtful surprise. We felt taken care of throughout the trip and never had to worry about logistics. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Turkey!

When I was dropped off to the hotel the driver threw my luggage on the street did not bother to help me with it. mind you I am a lady of a certain age and traveling alone. Definitely not worth the money. Don't recommend it. Service does not match the charge

Unfortunately, the street leading to your hotel was closed to vehicle access at the time of your arrival, making it impossible to reach the entrance directly. The driver therefore dropped you at the nearest accessible point, approximately a two-minute walk from the hotel, as leaving the vehicle there could have resulted in a police fine. You were traveling with light luggage, and our communication after drop-off confirmed all was fine apart from this unavoidable access limitation.

We regret that this situation has led to dissatisfaction, as it was not the result of negligence or poor service.
