Our experience with GoDriver was excellent. In the beginning we were in doubt, as to where our pickup spot was exactly, as this was in a busy tourist zone, but a quick message to the team and we were guided in the right direction.
Our driver Arafat had good driving skill and knowledge of the city (Istanbul), and made us comfortable and confident that we would get to our destination on time, driving in peak hour, dodging of traffic jams like a pro.

Not friendly Driver he was driving too fast and trying to pass all the cars infront of him although i told him a couple of times to slow down because i have baby and he started making problems and shouting and there was also no car seat available in the car while he was driving very fast like crazy !!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!

We’ve thoroughly investigated your experience by speaking with the assigned driver. According to our review, the speed mentioned (100–110 km/h) is within the legal limit for the highway used during your journey. However, we fully understand that even legal speeds can feel fast when traveling with a baby, and we sincerely apologize if the ride felt uncomfortable.
Regarding the car seat, we would like to clarify that baby seats are always available free of charge upon request. This is clearly stated on our Istanbul Airport Transfer booking page under the "Please Note Before Booking" section. Unfortunately, in this case, we did not receive any advance request for a baby seat, so it was not included in the vehicle.
We also take claims about driver behavior seriously. The driver firmly denies shouting or being aggressive in any way, and he mentioned that only one request to slow down was made, which he tried to accommodate safely.
While we always respect the experience of every customer, we also have a duty to clarify when certain procedures (like requesting a baby seat) are not followed, as this can significantly impact your comfort and safety.
We genuinely wish the experience had gone differently for you. Should you decide to use our services again in the future, please don’t hesitate to inform us in advance about any special needs, we will always do our best to provide exactly what you need.

I am staying in Istanbul and I had an appointment in Bursa which is about three hours away. I contacted GoDriver to organise transportation. They were very responsive and organized a really nice Mercedes immediately to bring me there and back. My driver Arafat was so nice and pleasant and he helped me so so much. I truly owe him many many thanks for his help.I will definitely be using GoDriver again and I am 100% recommend them for any of your transportation needs!

GO Driver is to be appreciated for the services they provided especially in pick up and drop from and to the accommodation whether it is for a sightseeing or for Airport pick up. . Most importantly they don’t surprise you with additional charges, which I experienced during the taxi ride from Airport on my first day in Istanbul.
I will use Go Driver services again.
