I worked with Robert Godosky for several years on my child's medical malpractice case. It was a challenging case in many ways, not the least of which were the emotional ups and downs. In the end, Robert negotiated a great outcome. I did not realize how anxious it all had made me until I felt the relief of the settlement, knowing that my child's needs would be taken care of for the long term. In addition to the settlement itself, Robert had prepared me for the reality that even "winning" the case would not make up for what my child/our family had been through. I think that preparation was a really important part of the excellent representation he provided. I would also note that I am a lawyer, and can say from that perspective that Robert is really excellent at his craft, and I recommend him wholeheartedly. The staff at the firm are also really lovely. 5 Stars and more!
